Sales part was good, service part sucks xxx, took my brand new suv thr whr I bought it, cause horn just kept blaring and burned itself out, supposedly they fixed it, NOT, replaced fuse and horns, 2days brand new suv thr whr I bought it, cause horn just kept blaring and burned itself out, supposedly they fixed it, NOT, replaced fuse and horns, 2days later same exact thing, couldn't even get an answer of what was wrong with it too cause that, so go get my suv cause they said it was done and ready for pick up, NOT, no horn working,so I asked, they said they told me it wsnt done yet, xx, would not hv driven 45mins to pick up my vehicle if it wsnt done, anyway, so same thing happened 2 days after, they gonna tell me that the burning plastic smell is new car smell and my suv was all set, jsut got it fixed properly the correct way at another dealership cause they couldn't gv me an answer for a whole wk, find out the fuse box had a bad relay switch and was sending constant juice too the horns,that's why it burned out, the entire fuse box had to be replaced,so thanks to milford Hyundai service guys that know their and fixed it the correct way More

Dont use this dealership Everyone beware. This service department has failed me twice now. And it seems like they fail tons of others based on the reviews.There will not be a Everyone beware. I brought my car here twice for an evaluation of some rust around my window of my brand new car. I even had to go as far as opening a case with Hyundai corporate. Both times I have come in, I had to possibly be late for work only to be told that the manager is out and will not be in until a week from my appointment. They don't care to take any time for me due to it being a "simple fix" that should be under warranty. The first time I came in could have been dealt with in less than an hour but I was turned away saying basically, "here's the paint (that I was supposed to pay ridiculous money for) and do the work yourself. I have no way to sand down, buff, paint, and seal my car. Do not use this dealership. I put in a complaint to Hyundai headquarters. You should too if you have been failed service. More

I go after 2.5 hours; I get told we don't know how long it will take but will be done by the time we leave for the day (for me that would mean 4.5 hours). After an agitated wait of 4.5 hours; I look at the 2 problems I had; 1 got fixed; for the other one they tell me they will need to order a part. That's not the end of it; they also tore the water bottle crate in my car; so the bottles were all over the place & left a screw driver in the car! I hope no one ever has to get such a STUPID service ever again More

Excellent Service Department Bought my Hyundai Tucson from Rt 44 Honda a few years ago. I have only needed service a couple of times and when I went back to Rt. 44 Honda , they Bought my Hyundai Tucson from Rt 44 Honda a few years ago. I have only needed service a couple of times and when I went back to Rt. 44 Honda , they always had to order parts from Hyundai and never had them readily available. I decided to try Rt. 44 Hyundai last year and I was very pleased. This past week my air conditioning stopped working , I live on the Cape and thought I’d try to have it serviced locally. They had my car all day , never looked at it until 1/2 hour before I was going to pick it up ! Told me I needed a new compressor and would get prices for me before they closed. That was 5 days ago , still no call ! i called Rt 44 Hyundai and spoke to Cory in the service department who promised to call me back with an estimate in 30 minutes , 10 minutes later I received a return call from Cory with an estimate! He arranged for me to have a complimentary rental car and my appointment was today. Everything went perfectly and my AC works great! Sometimes it is worth traveling “the extra mile” to be treated as a valued and appreciated customer ! Highly recommend Cory and the Rt 44 Hyundai service department. Thank you:) More
Superior Service I brought my new car in to have my remote starter, warranty stuff and inspection done. Cory is absolutely incredible. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He made sure I was able to use my remote starter without an issue- walked me to my car to make sure I was all set. My husband has been bringing his Santa Fe for over a year now and he mostly deals with Cory. Walking in today, he knew who I was and why I was there. When my husband goes, he remembers him and let's my husband know about the parts he's waiting for- even after he hasn't been there in months (it's just rain guards). I fully trust Cory (I have had some TERRIBLE experiences with service at another dealership) and I look forward to having my car serviced because I know I won't feel like I am being "talked into" doing something unnecessary to my car, just so they can make money. Overall amazing service!! More
Poor Service. Made an online appointment to fix a couple of recall notices and to get my rear view camera fixed which was still under warranty. While checking in with one of the service members, I was informed of another recall notice concerning door latches. Since the door latches were not in stock, they weren't able to fix any of the other recall issues, including my rear view camera which was not a recall issue. If a Hyundai vehicle has a current recall notice, then why wouldn't the dealership have the replacement parts in stock? Why didn't I get a phone call before I took time out of my day to drive down there? I gave up a shift of overtime pay to get my vehicle fixed and then wasn't able to get it fixed. What a shame! More
