Route 44 Toyota

Yesterday I had an appointment at 830am for and oil change and tire rotation. It was 918am when my truck was finally moved, at 10am the message said it had been completed, when I went to the counter th change and tire rotation. He stated it would another 5 minutes and he left. After another 20 minutes I asked someone else and they at first couldn’t locate my truck then said it would be another 15 minutes. At the end it took 2 hours and 15 minutes. Not sure how this simple service can take this long, this is sometimes I go somewhere else cause it’s always a long wait for this service but yesterday was just over the top, if you cannot handle this may appts maybe you should not schedule them. More

Friendly, knowledgeable staff at the service desk. Abysmal first-level operator when I phoned to schedule service - had no knowledge of vehicles. Service personnel always try to push service that I don't need and is not listed in Toyota maintenance schedule e.g. fuel injector service. The technicians don't always do a good job (I had brake fluid spilled over chassis a couple of visits ago) but it appears that yesterday's service was efficiently and professionally executed. More
