It took almost 4 hours to identify what was the noise on my vehicle along with a regular inspection. My car had to stay in the shop and I waited 3 weeks for them to have it fixed while waiting for a transmi my vehicle along with a regular inspection. When I went to pick up my car, it was making even more noise, has scratches all over and was shaking!! The worse is that the Service person was trying to dismiss my concerns saying there was nothing wrong and didn’t want to give me a loaner saying it was not a safety issue!! He literally told my husband he could not produce a rental to give him!! More
