This time the service department seemed to go the extra mile in taking care of my needs in regards to a battery issue. So very pleased with the work done to repaint the parts of my Rav 4 that had been affected by “peeling paint”. It looks like a brand new car! Not only was the car perfectly repainted but the wheels, headli of my Rav 4 that had been affected by “peeling paint”. It looks like a brand new car! Not only was the car perfectly repainted but the wheels, headlights , and other areas were thoroughly cleaned too. Amazing attention to detail. Thanking Toyota very much for addressing and fixing this problem on many of the white painted vehicles! More

I made a long trip from PA to purchase my Prius. I had an offer for the Prius and trade in value set with the internet salesman prior to walking into the lot, but the dealership didn’t stick to thei I had an offer for the Prius and trade in value set with the internet salesman prior to walking into the lot, but the dealership didn’t stick to their original deal made online and tried to nickel and dime me for everything they could when I arrived. After coming to an agreeable price for the Prius and my trade, we learned that MA doesn’t provide temporary plates/tags and it would take 3-4 weeks to complete the car registration and PA plates. it took almost 8 weeks until I was able to pick up my car and it was such a battle and a process to get in touch with the salesman and even the general manager who failed to call back. I drove to MA because this was the car I wanted and had I known it was going to be so difficult and a long process not to mention lack of communication from the salesman/dealership in stays updates, then I wouldn’t have purchased my car here. I absolutely love the car, but really unhappy and disappointed with how everything was handled. More
I went for a routine maintenance for my less than one year old 4 Runner at a 4:30 visit but had some issues with the seats and the center screen. When I scheduled the appointment on the automated process, I was not able to indicate there were any issues. As a result, I was told I needed to come back at an earlier time of the day so that a certified technician could look at these issues. I also had a recall so that meant I needed to come during a weekday to have this fixed. I made a second appointment, taking time off of work to do this. When my car was looked at, the recall was addressed but the seat issue and screen issue could not be duplicated so I was told to “come back when it’s happening”. First of all, it can happen for a short period of time so even if I headed directly to the dealership when it occurred, it might not still be happening. Secondly, I can see that there have been recalls on other models for screen issues so apparently this is not a one off. I also had a video of what was happening to the screen but was told that didn’t help. So now, I’m supposed to go for a third time to have the same thing looked at and perhaps leave it for a more detailed evaluation. I inquired about a loaner during that time but was told unless it was found to be an issue under warranty, I would have to pay for that rental. So there was a potential that they could not replicate the issue, and I’d be on the hook for the rental. This is terrible customer service for a less than one year old car. I have owned a Toyota for over 20 years and this is by far the worst customer service I’ve had at a Toyota dealership. More
