Very, very long wait. I think in total I was there about 5 hours and didn't hear about progress or updates once. I requested a state inspection alongside my work on the online portal but it was missed and was told the engineers were too busy and it would take several more hours. I've been coming for a long time but lately haven't been having the best experience, will be exploring other options. More

No personal touch, I wasn’t updated on any details on my vehicle. I was grateful they could help me. I was told 45 minutes for wait time. No updates and waited 90 minutes.
