I was very disappointed! !! On 10/30, I took my wife's 24 Rav to you for an oil change. At that time, I was told that I needed to replace a cabin air filter,which was done. Re !! Returning yesterday 12/3 for a 24 month tire rotation, I was once again told I needed another cabin air filter to replace the one put on 10/30!!! Almost one month to the day, a charge for another $87.18. Debbie & I have been customers for ten years, both leasing & and buying the same vehicle before. We have maintained our vehicles at 44 religiously over these many years! I think we deserved a little more! 1, Not professional. spending 5 and half hr to purchased a car. Time wasting on agency lost a key and keep finding . Also I asked a couple time an agency please have new spending 5 and half hr to purchased a car. Time wasting on agency lost a key and keep finding . Also I asked a couple time an agency please have new car washed while I processing the full payment but never happened . 2. I already made a deal and signed the paper for a sienna. I texted my agency to confirmed with my trade in value should about the same even around 3 thousand miles up before i got this sienna. However the day I come get the sienna they change the word saying my trade in value drop down -$2500 which totally against what the agency told me at the first place. So whatever they said basically doesn’t count because they will make the change when the car arrived so they can earring more. 3. they request me had drive sienna today but none of inspection had done. This Toyota is kind far away with traffic. I tried minimize times to come in again. After 2 days I come to Toyota make the full payment and asked if they can also complete the inspection if not can i go to other car dealer to have inspection done so we don’t spend another day come in again. They said no. My wife so mad and go to the car repair shop right next to where we live and they done the inspection for us. So overall I am not happy with this purchased with really bad experience. This Toyota make me feel like really unprofessional, They saying one thing but go for opposite. Even though they make a deal but they can find a “reason” to change trade in value. If they told me earlier trade in value will be change a lot I will definitely trade in the car first. Overall I don’t trust what they said any more. I am a nice guy and this year also purchase a new car from other dealership the whole process is really smooth and they had everything ready before u come get the car like inspection car washed etc. and it only took me 2 and half hr to completed the whole process. More
