After purchasing a vehicle in which I wasn't 100% comfortable in I decided to visit Route 44 Toyota. I explained myself to Sean and he was very willing to help me. After picking out the vehicle of my comfortable in I decided to visit Route 44 Toyota. I explained myself to Sean and he was very willing to help me. After picking out the vehicle of my choice we sat down and discussed figures. Sean was very considerate and very willing to work with me. He didn't give up until I was finally happy with my car purchase. I liked the experience and I liked Sean's service towards me a lot! I can't wait to drive my new car and will defitnelty keep this car dealership and Sean in mind for future Toyota purchases. I will recommend Sean to family and friends! More

I cannot say enough about my experience at Route 44 Toyota. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with professionalism and Paul Benton the Sales Rep made sure I got the car and options I Toyota. Paul was informative on the new RAVS and helped me make a decison and was willing to order the vehicle in the color and interior that I wanted. The process was quick and pain free and I feel like I got a fair trade as well as great price for my new vehicle. The day I picked up the car it was ready and I was transitioned into the finance department to handle the paperwork. Joel DiLillo was also exceptional and explained all the paperwork I was filling out. The finance process was quick and easy. Once the paperwork was completed Paul went over everything in the vehicle to make sure I was driving off in a vehicle that I was comfortable in. Overall my experience at Rte 44 was tremendous and I would definitely go back there to buy another car. I would highly recommend Paul and Joel. More

Excellent customer service! I the customer was treated like I was the only person that existed in his eyes. Sean stayed 3 hours after the dealership closed on a Sunday Just to show me the Rav 4 that I was like I was the only person that existed in his eyes. Sean stayed 3 hours after the dealership closed on a Sunday Just to show me the Rav 4 that I was interested in.I wasn't going to buy a vehicle that day I was just window shopping.But he made me feel like I wanted to buy a vehicle from Rte.44. He was very patience with me and told me not to worry about the time, by now it was already around 730pm. By the time he finished showing me the car and all it's features I was sold.It was because of him and the time and care he took with me that made me want to buy a car from him.I am very happy and will tell all my friends and family to go see Sean when they are ready to purchase a vehicle . Sean did a great job helping us get the deal we needed. Joe was excellent in getting the paperwork finished quickly and efficiently. Both gentlemen were friendly and helpful. Gary Doucette was our sales man who allowed us to test drive 2 vehicles. He was extremely knowledgable about both cars. He was helpful,patient,polite and treated us with great respect. He worked extremely hard to help us negotiate us being able to by this car. On taking delivery of my vehicle Gary was extremely helpful making sure that everything was done properly and that we understood everything we should know and if we needed anything he would be there for us. Joel Dilillo was our finance man who was so wonderful in handeling the whole process of financing and getting us the lowest possible finance rate that he could. It was so relaxing and helped us understand every step and also we were so happy with the final monthly payment. Joel was so personable and friendly but very thorough. What a wonderful Dealership with two of the greatest employees you could ask for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

In April 2012, we purchased a Toyota Prius from this dealership and paid for the vehicle in full. Big Mistake! Within 1 month, with 600 miles on the odometer, we had 3 problems that Route 44 Toyot dealership and paid for the vehicle in full. Big Mistake! Within 1 month, with 600 miles on the odometer, we had 3 problems that Route 44 Toyota refused to correct. The first problem was when the vehicle transitioned from battery to engine, there was such a significant impact, it seemed as if the vehicle had been struck in the rear. The last 2 problems were NO BRAKES! The BRAKE Pedal traveled to the floor and the dashboard warning light came on. There were NO BRAKES! I demonstrated this to the Route 44 Technician sitting in the passenger seat REPEATEDLY! We never left the property of Route 44 Toyota. With NO BRAKES, how could I drive the vehicle? It was left on the property of Route 44 Toyota. We recently discovered that when Route 44 Toyota obtained my personal information on the day I paid for the vehicle, they ILLEGALLY accessed my credit report. I did NOT apply for credit and did NOT sign a credit application. When they finally discovered my vehicle on their property with no licenses plates on it [because I had turned them in], they again ILLEGALLY accessed my credit report. In addition, on that same day, they ILLEGALLY accessed the credit report of a disinterested Third Party whose name is NOT on the Title of the vehicle. [When they discovered my vehicle on their property, suit had been filed and they had been formally notified, yet failed to cease contacting me.] In other words, they obtained credit information ILLEGALLY 3 TIMES! Posted on the RipOff Report is another incident of them doing the same thing to another customer. This is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act - a federal law. Posted on the NHTSA web site are 30 complaints about Toyota Prius brakes, 7 of which have caused accidents. In December 2012, a Petition for Defect Investigation was filed with NHTSA. The attorney representing Route 44 Toyota is known for his refusal to settle matters, even when he is aware that he will lose, so we expect to be forced to go to trial in this case, possibly in federal court since Route 44 Toyota violated federal law. The attorney representing Toyota is much the same. So my vehicle with NO BRAKES sits and sits. This matter is scheduled to return to court on March 18th, this post is scheduled to be posted on March 24th. Maybe Route 44 Toyota will make a good faith effort to correct their business practices. We just leased our 5th car. Four leases are current.
