I would recommend this service center as it pertains to actual service on a vehicle because it’s fine, however, the Toyota 2 year or 12(?) no cost maintenance is a joke. I was supposed to have my last free actual service on a vehicle because it’s fine, however, the Toyota 2 year or 12(?) no cost maintenance is a joke. I was supposed to have my last free oil change, so I thought, but I was charged. What was free was the 25k mile tire rotation. I feel like I was cheated, and I was very disappointed because that was one of the Toyota selling points for me. Maybe it was just the location, but it was disappointing and frustrating. More

I don't work, I don't get paid. They said they'd need car most of the day. An inconvenience to me as how will i get to work an hour away and back? They refused me a loaner vehicle and said I'd need to pay for a rental out of pocket. Do BETTER Rte 44 Toyota! More

This is the WORST dealership. I’ve been inconvenienced from the 1st minute of taking it off the lot. I shouldn’t have returned it then! Had to immediately turn around to get seatb I’ve been inconvenienced from the 1st minute of taking it off the lot. I shouldn’t have returned it then! Had to immediately turn around to get seatbelt alarm turned off. They had to keep it over night. 3 weeks later . I got stranded in NY as my gas would pour of my tank and no way to refuel. , back 3 more times for that issues, onto 3-5 times for breaker issues. And more seatbelt issues. If I could give - negative stars I would! More
