On March 17,2012 my girl friend and I decided to start looking for a new car for commuting to work.Our search began at a subaru dealer which didn't have any inventory of the model we were interested in.So looking for a new car for commuting to work.Our search began at a subaru dealer which didn't have any inventory of the model we were interested in.So,we moved on just up the street to rt 44 Toyota. When we got out of the car we were greeted by salesman Dave Beard.We told him that we were interested in looking at a Toyota Matrix.He showed us what they had available on the lot and took one for a test drive.Dave already had a test route all planned out so that we were able to do some highway as well as around town driving.During the test drive we told Dave that we were looking for a vehical that could handle a 100 mile a day commute and be able to carry kayaks and mountain bikes on the weekend while still getting good gas mileage.And of course the price tag needed to be within our budget.He suggested that a Corolla might suit our needs but we were really interested in something with a hatch that could fold down the rear seats.So Dave showed us the Scion Xd.It was along the same lines as the matrix and had a bigger hatch.If he had not suggested that we at least look at it I would have more than likely moved on to the next dealership to test drive other models. Apon taking a test drive in the Xd I knew that I was interested and liked the Xd alot more than the Matrix.Long story short we purchased the Scion Xd that we test drove and picked it up today March 18,2012.We feel as though we got a great deal on the price of the car as well as the roof rack that is on order and will be installed next week.We also like the fact that Dave took the time to get to know us and directed us toward the car that truly suits our lifestyle.If dealerships were full of guys like Dave the car buying experience would be alot more pleasant. All in all we are very happy with our purchase.We will be back for our first scheduled service which is already on the calendar and would surely recommend that you visit rt 44 Toyota and Dave Beard for your next car or truck. ON FEB 28,2012 I WENT INTO ROUTE 44 TOYOTA WITH MY SON TO PURCHASE A 2012 HIGHLANDER FOR HIS WIFE, WITHIN ONE HOUR THE DEAL DEAL WAS COMPLETED. THIS INCLUDED TEST DRIVE,AGREED UPON PRICE AND FINANCING. NOWHE PURCHASE A 2012 HIGHLANDER FOR HIS WIFE, WITHIN ONE HOUR THE DEAL DEAL WAS COMPLETED. OVER THE YEARS STARTING IN 1992 TO THE PRESENT I PERSONALLY LEASED 5 TOYOTA CAMRY'S WHILE I WAS WORKING(I'M RETIRED NOW). MY WIFE HAS PURCHASED 2 AVALON'S, A 2007 AND A 2011 AND MY SON HAS PURCHASED A SOLARA(FORGOT WHAT YEARS THAT WAS) AND PRESENTLY HE HAS A 2007 THUNDRA. NOW WITH HAVING HIS FIRST CHILD HE NEEDED A LARGER VEHICLE SO HE BOUGHT THE HIGHLANDER AND IS KEEPING HIS WIFE'S 2002 COROLLA WITH 199,600 MILES BECAUSE IT'S IN GOOD CONDITIONAND WITH GAS PRICES WHERE THEY ARE THEY'LL USE IT IN THE CITY. ALL THESE VEHICLES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE 2002 COROLLA WERE PURCHASED AT ROUTE 44. NOW IF I WAS NOT SATISFIED FIRST WITH THE PRODUCT OR THE DEALER WOULD I KEEP GOING BACK TO ROUTE 44? BESIDES THE SERVICE DEPT. IS TOP-SHELVE WITH PEOPLE LIKE KEVIN PERRY, BOB RODRIGUES, MARK,REBECCA AND TONY. ALSO, THE PEOPLE UP FRONT ON THE SALE ROOM FLOOR ARE TOP-NOTCH. PEOPLE LIKE JIM LANCZYSKI, MARK MC ALOON,GLENN BROWN. ALL THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN THERE FOR YEARS. SOMETIMES AS HUMAN BEING'S WE ARE THE PROBLEM WHEN WE GO TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR. WE GO IN WITH A NEGATIVE ATTITUDE BECAUSE WE THINK THE SALESMAN IS ONLY INTERESTED IN HOW MUCH COMMISSION HE CAN MAKE AND SO TOO ABOUT THE OWNERSHIP. I was recommended to this dealership from a salesman at Ford. He knew Bobby personally and sent me to see him. Originally i wanted a 4 cylinder and they showed me a V6 which I loved. They patiently went over the navigation system with me. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Also Joel helped with the final paperwork. He too was fantastic. I fully recommend Route 44 Toyota to anyone looking for a Toyota and great service. More

Sent several dealers a e-mail stating we were shopping for a used FJ. Gary at RT 44 was the first to contact us. He let us know they had one. We ended up going Monday night. He called to see if we were coming, which we were almost there. When we pulled up it was waiting out front. Unfortunatley, it had no rack. Deal breaker. He checked and said he would have one installed. After some negotiation we struck a deal. Very painless. In about an hour they had it detailed and ready to drive home. Brought it back up Friday, they installed the rack and redetailed it and alighned it. Awesome Job. Joel was also very helpful with the finance end of it. More

Horrible customer service. No communication (don't answer phone calls, return calls or messages, or respond when you show up). Lies, lies, lies. I went to this dealer on a SATURDAY MORNING to purc answer phone calls, return calls or messages, or respond when you show up). Lies, lies, lies. I went to this dealer on a SATURDAY MORNING to purchase a car. I found one I liked, negotiated a price with Eddy, Joel, and John. They took my down-payment and had me go online to purchase an insurance policy for the car (so they could register it). They then told me that I had to return on MONDAY for the car because the banks and registry were not open. I called on Monday to see when to come in, and could not reach anyone. So I went in and was told they had no information for me and I should return "After Joel calls". I asked Eddy for a timeframe and he responded "could be 10 minutes; could be tomorrow; but no longer than that." I heard nothing at all the entire next day. Tried calling all afternoon (from 5-ish to about 8pm), and kept getting thrown back on hold and given back to the receptionist. None of the people I had worked with were willing to talk to me. I left numerous messages for them but no call backs. So, on WEDNESDAY during lunch I called back and demanded a sales manager. Mike B got on the phone and told me he would get to the bottom of it and call me back. I got a call about 30min later saying that Joel "is trying to get in touch with the bank to work out your financing" and that I should try again on Friday. FRIDAY arrives and still no word from anyone at all! IT HAS NOW BEEN A FULL WORK WEEK WITH NO CAR, NO REFUND, AND NO COMMUNICATION!!! I show up at the dealership to demand my money back so I can go elsewhere and they demand MORE MONEY!! Told me my credit was too bad and that I need a larger down payment! Are you kidding me?! My credit isn't perfect, but it's far from bad! I demanded my check back and had to argue with them to get it. Never got an apology, or even an acknowledgement of why I was so upset that I'd go elsewhere. They acted like I was crazy to want to talk to someone and find out why my CAR STILL WASN'T READY 5 DAYS LATER!!! Went to Copeland Toyota straight from Rt 44 and DROVE HOME with a car SAME DAY. Rt 44 Toyota in Raynham is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. More

I went to the dealership just to look at some new cars and was approached by Amanda Zavala. She was vvery helpful in assisting me. I was in and out within a few hours. I was looking at Camrys but wasn't able to get in one at the time so I settled for a Corolla. I wasn't extremely excited but I needed a newer car. I got it for a good price but I later fell in love wit my car!!! I will definitely be back next year to get my Camry!! Thanks Amanda and Joel. Also their service department is great! I had to go to Toyota in Dartmouth for an oil change and tire rotation which u get free for 2 years or 25,000 miles which ever is first. And I happen to be at 25,400 and the Dartmouth location was going to charge me 66.00! So I called to Rt 44 and they got my service done for free because of the grace period Toyota allows you to have, and Dartmouth Toyota wasn't even mentioning that! They just wanted my $$! Needless to say Route 44 Toyota/Scion is where its at!!!!! More

These sales weasles and managers get mad so easy when they are questioned. Get over yourselves! You work in the worst dealership in the world. I spent about 10 minutes there and that was all I could stomach. Brownell was chasing me to my car wondering "How can we make you stay?" Embarrassing! Is business that bad you gotta chase customers to their cars? WOW! I will NEVER step foot in that place again! Boch Toyota here I come!!! More
