I received my 2nd key of a car purchase after two years of calling several times and getting the run around. When I was told to pick up the key, no one explained that I needed to leave my car there ahead o of calling several times and getting the run around. When I was told to pick up the key, no one explained that I needed to leave my car there ahead of time. It was in the middle of my work day and I had to uber to work and back there paying with my own money. Was told that my job which is about a 12 minute drive was too far to help me with transportation. I spent over $50 in Ubers. Good thing I moved out of the area because my service center in Warwick, RI is a lot more customer oriented. They pay for your uber and are super helpful. The service people at your desk looked and sounded like they didn’t want to be there. I felt like I was bothering them. More
I went there for a coolant flush, the job was done, but the reservoir was overfilled and the cap wasn’t even on right so I had coolant overflowing. I had to press the cap back on and the front of the hood the reservoir was overfilled and the cap wasn’t even on right so I had coolant overflowing.
