Spoke w Toyota customer service rep via phn before going in for oil/tire replacement appt who confirmed dlrshp had my tire selection in stock (Goodyear Assurance MaxLife2). She even quoted the tire service in for oil/tire replacement appt who confirmed dlrshp had my tire selection in stock (Goodyear Assurance MaxLife2). She even quoted the tire service total. Come to find out none of my 3 choices were sold or in stock (Cooper, Michelin...all came w mnftr rebate offers and mileage warranties). I had to get 4 Toyo tires (not even on my list) for more $$ than any of my choices. Tyler was great to work with, not his fault. But not first time I've run into this at Raynham. And the guy who rang up my bill at pick up is not friendly at all. More
