I brought my car in because something inside the driver's seat back would make a clacking sound when I came to a stop or turned at low speeds. When making that second appointment, I made it clear that I had been told by the service department that the car would need to be left for the entire day. I called the service department the day prior to my appointment and asked the person who answered the phone to confirm that everything was all set to go. He said yes, but when I arrived the next day, I was told by the service manager that they didn't have the time that day to diagnose the and fix the problem. I rescheduled and they were finally able to get rid of the noise. Good job ultimately fixing the problem, but not at all a good job setting up the appointments. More
