I normally don't respond to surveys but this experience requires me to do so. I dropped off my truck.for service and approved the required repairs. I then received a call that my vehicle's repairs were com requires me to do so. I dropped off my truck.for service and approved the required repairs. I then received a call that my vehicle's repairs were completed and the truck was ready to be picked up. After picking up my vehicle and figuring that the repairs were completed, I received a call the following morning telling me that I had to bring my truck back to the delearship because the repairs were never made even though I paid for the repairs that were not made the previous day. During my phone call with the service advisor, I went as far as asking the advisor if the clamps were replaced and I got confirmation that they were along with the coolant being changed. That did not happen! Not only did I have to deal with the fact that I paid for services that were never completed, I now had to take time off from work.to bring the truck back to the shop to have the repairs completed. That, was an obvious inconvenience More
