My experience with the service department this time was the absolute best experience i have had in many years. Tony in the service department made my entire experience something i wont forget. Tony is truly a man of his word and when i thought it would be just “business as usual “ that is when Tony stepped up to make it right. I was at one time a frequent visitor of the service department for oil changes and other maintenance issues. The combination of inconsistent and often unreliable service from staff and rising costs of services, i opted to go elsewhere. After my experience with Tony i now feel very confident about not only spreading the good word about Route 44 but to bring my vehicle back for service when needed. I have just recently had my 1st follow-up visit at Route 44 Toyota. I like the car, and positives are that Rte. 44 is well organized, and stayed on time. The negative is that I asked to have the inside o 44 Toyota. I like the car, and positives are that Rte. 44 is well organized, and stayed on time. The negative is that I asked to have the inside of my windshield wiped clean. Unfortunately, it came back smeared worse than I brought it in. It didn't cost me anything, but if you can't clean a radically sloped windshield like my '24 Prius, don't sell cars that have radically sloped windshields. More
