From the start all people I encountered in the service department were friendly and helpful. Luis is such a great person. My husband usually brings my car in for work, but it was me this time and Luis r department were friendly and helpful. Luis is such a great person. Last visit I wanted to have my brakes checked because Toyota does not put squealers on the brakes. I was told the brakes were 1/2 worn and that I still had plenty of time on them. I came back the next we Toyota does not put squealers on the brakes. I was told the brakes were 1/2 worn and that I still had plenty of time on them. I came back the next week for the transmission fluid flush and was told I needed brakes because they had been recommended last time (which I wasn't) Bill was over $1,000. How would I have worn down the brakes that much in 1 week? I doubted I needed the work but let them do it. They sent a video that showed the back of car and someone walking by it - did not show worn front brakes. Have been a loyal customer. Trusted in past that Service was being honest with me. Not sure I'll be back. 3 stars because work that was done was done OK, but not sure I needed it. More
