The reception was fine, however they were supposed to fix a heat shield while I was there for an oil change and it was not fixed. I now have to bring it back in in order to fix the heat shield. I was there for my 12pm appointment and they did not take my car in for service until 1:30. They never informed me that they were behind and I didn’t expect to be there for 2 hours for something the do in le my car in for service until 1:30. They never informed me that they were behind and I didn’t expect to be there for 2 hours for something the do in less than 30 minutes. I spoke to the manager in the service department and his attitude was not pleasant. I have been a customer for years and this was the worst experience I have had. Hopefully there will be an improvement so others do feel like I did. More
