I usually don't like buying cars. I use to hate walking into a car dealership. But when I walked into Route 44 it was the most pleasant experience I ever had at any dealership. Chris was a great young sale into a car dealership. But when I walked into Route 44 it was the most pleasant experience I ever had at any dealership. Chris was a great young salesman and they made me not feel pressured or intimidated. Ron handled the final paperwork well. He made sure I would be registered by the following day and would be able to pick up my car. It was all set by the following evening in which me and my husband came down and picked up the car. I was in the market for a new car and I researched on the internet. Route 44 Toyota has a very nice internet department that answered all my questions up front and was honest and truthful with me during my internet. Other Dealerships did not even reply to my inquiry or gave me vague information. I chose a new Camry I liked and everything was ready when I arrived. The car was nice and warm when I got in on the very cold day to take a test drive. The paperwork was easy and the sales staff, Sahide was very friendly and polite, as well as the finance guy, Ron. I would recommend Route 44 Toyota to all my family and friends. They say most of there business is from repeats and referrals and now I know why. They get the thumbs up in my book. More

I bought a Toyota Highlander and did all my research and negotiation on the internet (definitely the way to go). The price was unbelievable and the experience when I went into Route 44 was great. Joe met us at the door, took the car for a test drive and then did all the paperwork. It was a STRESS FREE Experience. There was no haggling over the price that I was given, and I did get a decent price for my trade in. They have an RMV on site, so I signed over the title and when I pick up my plates will be transferred there. Ron in fiance was awesome. I had already lined up my financing through my work credit union. He filled out the paper work, waited for my credit union to fax him the contract and off we went. I would highly recommend Route 44, I even drove about an hour to get there and would go back time and time again. They were so nice and no pressure was had. FYI... They have free internet, so I could use my laptop to check email and do some research on other things while waiting there. More

We spoke for awhile and he seemed truly concerned with my needs and budget before choosing a vehicle. He worked for several days to get me the price I wanted for my trade-in and to make the numbers work for ME and not him. I really felt that he had MY best interest at heart. I compared the price he gave me for my new vehicle with other dealerships and his price was the best by far. I have told several of my friends to go to him and I manage senior housing and would feel very confident in sending one of my tenants to see Nate and deal with 44 Toyota. I enjoyed buying a car from route 44 because they did not preassure me when i first visited there dealer ship, just to look. After visiting 3 more dealer ships I when back to route 44 and took a test drive with the car i was interested in. again I was not preassured and so i ran some numbers with one of the managers john brownell and decided to go with route 44.I bought a yaris that gets 36 miles a gallon and im enjoying it. So that is why i would recomend route 44 toyota to any of my friends. More

This dealership should be closed and investigated by the State of Ma because of the information they ask up front to get you a ballpark of a price for a car. I hope the new privacy laws coming into law on 1/1/09 will help protect the publice from dealerships like this and I hope will be enforced to the fullest extent of the law. I know dealer's normally take a copier of your license but an electronic image without knowing their privacy policy and disclosuring is quite disturbing. Also with all the identity theft this takes the cake. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR LICENSE and avoid this dealership at all cost. More

In my opinion, there is nothing to recommend about this dealership. However, 1) It still has an unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau. 2) There are charges and a lawsuit for sexual h dealership. It sounds like these actions have merit! Watch the clown-weasels settle, if they have not already. 3) Mangement is obviously ineffectual, consequently standards displayed are clearly lacking. Their prices are high. a. You could be better served to travel for your shopping instead, for the overall experience; or b. Maybe you would prefer to take in a show at the War Memorial Opera House? Just heed the signs that Route 44 is terrific for getting anyplace else! More
