This was a paint recall . The service advisor was very informative of the process, helpfull keeping in touch, nice rental truck and repair process went as scheduled. The body shop did a great job with the paint and also went beyond to repair old scratches. I was very pleased. However during my pickup and rental truck payment a man in a white shirt (supervisor?) felt the need to suggest that I was ungrateful when I questioned the rental fee. He embarressed me and ruined a good experience for a long time customer. Maybe customer relations trainig is needed. Let the technicians do their job. which they do very well. More

My name was continuously spelled wrong on paperwork. Took the sales manager and the office manager to correct it after we insisted it be fixed. The moldings we had ordered, were not actually ordered. The sales manager did correct that and it should be there when we do get to pick up the car. The sales rep, while very nice, did not seem to know what he was doing and he had to keep going to others for answers to our questions. Not sure we would buy from here again. More
