I would never ever visit this dealership again and would not recommend this place to anyone . Absolutely, the worst dealership experience ever. I much rather have paid an extra 10k and went to the Jeep dealership in summit, NJ and have received much better service. First issue was my sales manager w rather have paid an extra 10k and went to the Jeep dealership in summit, NJ and have received much better service. First issue was my sales manager was too busy to walk me through the car upon me picking the car up. Second we found scratches on the side of the car and marks on the back seat. My salesman said it’s covered under the warranty and he will order another one and schedule a date to get it all fixed. 4 months later still waiting and service claims there was never a order out in. Please please if your looking for a Jeep DO NOT USE this dealership! More
