WORST SERVICE EVER! DISGUSTING ORGANIZATION! WORST SERVICE EVER! I’ve been tortured by this dealership for 7 months now and still do not have my Jeep back. I’ve never written a review before but WORST SERVICE EVER! I’ve been tortured by this dealership for 7 months now and still do not have my Jeep back. I’ve never written a review before but I need to inform people what they are getting into with this dealership. I’ll summarize 7 months of ridiculousness: -bring jeep in for service Bc heat not working in October 18. They say they can prob fix but that failed costing me ~$1600 to replace the part. Get the jeep back to find that the heat still does NOT work, My 4 wheel drive was never reconnected, My radio was not put back correctly, there was a part module not reinstalled and left on my dash, and one of my fog lights was also broken. They touched all these things to fix the heat and could care less to put them back correctly. -January I’m still dealing with the heat issue and also take jeep for an oil change. I uber there to pick up the car only to find out the oil change was not even done. Was going on a long drive after and needed it done so I had no choice but to wait. 2 HOURS it took. I leave with even more disgust and head out on my long trip. Get 2 hours away and my car dies in the middle of a highway at night and cars are flying by. I get the car towed back to jeep a few days later. I get a rental car in the meantime. They admit to damaging my oil pump which leaked oil during my entire drive and seized my engine. They try to replace part of the engine which did not work. Then a full new engine goes in. Doesn’t work. During these months I am still driving a rental car. They ask me to return the rental and take a loaner from them. I do so. The rental cost over $1500 since I had it so long. AFTER apparently 3 BAD MOTORS and many more months of torture they say the Jeep is complete and that I had to come pick it up. I was going to be away for one week and Told them I couldn’t come and also I would not take my Jeep until they had a reimbursement check for me for the rental I had to use. I was then told that I was “holding their loaner car hostage.” Imagine the audacity they have to treat me like this after what I’ve gone through with them. Disgusting. However that week goes by and I did pick up the jeep as they assured me everything was perfect. I get home and the check engine light goes on. Bring it back immediately and they reset some sensor. Drive home and again the light comes on. Leave it at the dealership so they can do a full evaluation. I did not receive any courtesy updates at any time, so I check in myself after one full week. The response I got was “honestly we have not looked at it yet.” That was after one full week. This is in JULY 2019 now. They still have the jeep but apparently it was ready for pick up so I got an automated email asking to fill out a survey about my experience with the service. I filled it out honestly as I was disgusted with the entire experience. I immediately received a text from the service manager to “delete my number” Bc I had cost him a bonus. I tried to avoid making this review but it has gotten past the point of being the nice guy any more. I called the VP and the president who’s number is in the show room. It says to call if not 100% satisfied. I’ve left multiple messages for them and have not received a return call. Maybe this will get their attention and they’ll be aware of the business they are running. We are in July now and no matter what they tell me about my Jeep I have absolutely no confidence that they fixed anything. I am going to be stuck with a Jeep that I feel will definitely have many problems in the near and distant future. If and when somebody with authority wants to take responsibility you will know exactly who I am and how to get in touch with me if you contact your service manager. I will never recommend anybody put yourself through torture with this dealership. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Just picked my Jeep up today and there are still issues appearing on the dash. Absolutely ridiculous and inexcusable. More
Time Consideration Had to bring in my Grand Cherokee for a few maintenance issues. It's going on 5 years old so no big deal. Was told by the nice woman on the phone that I would need to make an early appointment so that the technicians could do diagnostics on my issues. No big deal, made the first available 7am appointment, 2 weeks out. Show up the morning of the appointment, and checking in with a very nice gentleman over what I needed done. Went through the few items and he asked if I could leave the car. I said sure, no problem, I get it. I'm a reasonable guy. Lots of repairs to be done and giving them the day is the right thing to do, I wasn't in a big rush. The he says he'll need the car 1-2 days!!! First of all, you haven't even looked at my car and already need 1-2 days?! Secondly, if you knew you needed my car for multiple days, how about communicating that at the time the appointment is set up?? You do realize people rely on their cars to get to work? There were a lot of cars already in the bays at 7am, so my assumption is they overbooked their service. Hey, not my problem, that's why people make appointments. I made my appointment well in advance and the first of that day. You have a few left over from the day before, fine. But to tell me 1-2 days without even taking a look. Unacceptable. I took my car and left on the spot. I bought my Grand Cherokee at this dealer and had a good experience, but this isn't the first time I've been burned by the service department here (had to keep my car multiple days before after an early drop off). I'll be taking my business to another dealer. Plenty local ones rated higher on this website. Unfortunate for them as I was also planning on discussing an upgrade to a new Ram while i was spending time at the dealer for service. Guess that sale now goes to someone else. More

Since the initial incident 1 attempt was made to repair but several large deep scratches are still visible. I assume they tried using a quick-fix scratch repair product which unfortunately will not work on deep scratches though I am not a paint repair expert by any means. Several attempts to again contact the service manager have gone unanswered as usual. STAY FAR AWAY from this place!!!! My vehicle was in for service back in early to mid March. The dealership was selected by FCA Corporate to look at some reoccurring issues with my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in hopes of finally achieving resolution.. Unfortunately the techs here were unable to resolve all issues but they did try, which I appreciate, though I assume their hands are tied with how far they are allowed to go in actually resolving a problem (aka how much will it cost FCA). So while in for service a piece of trim was damaged, I assume during reinstall, but worse than that my vehicle was also badly scratched across the passenger side front and rear doors. Numerous attempts at contacting the service manager (Don Zofrea) were made to have this addressed, including sending photos of the damage via email, and while one or two were returned most have been ignored. It as now been over a week since my last contact with Don and I'm guessing my only options are to visit the dealership and sit in his office till he arrives or perhaps hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit. Both options will cost me time and money and I have yet to decide which will provide the most satisfaction but hopefully I'll remember to post the results here for others to read..It really amazes me at how hard it is to find a good and honest dealer based service shop when seeking warranty repair. One thing that others may find funny is that when talking to FCA Customer Care regarding repair shop issues they always state that they have no control over said service shops but in the one and only actual conversation I had with with the service manager at Route 46, he told me that he was waiting on FCA Corporate to get back to him. How can this be when FCA says they are not in any way affiliated or have any say with regards to dealer based service shops?!? I'm waiting for your reply FCA as your customer service is also lacking in actual customer service but at least they answer the phone when called. So was any part of my experience here good? The service advisers and service desk people were very friendly and accommodating but I'm guessing, like the service technicians, they are only allowed so much leeway with regard to customer satisfaction. BTW the new 8-speed transmission on the WK2 Grand Cherokees is garbage and FCA is doing it's best to ignore the problems. Google it for yourself and stay away at all costs if you can. More

I called Saturday March 2, 2019 to ask them about the cost and availability of the tire. I was on the phone for 20 minutes and going back and forth with part and service to schedule my appointment. I was told they had the tired and CONFIRMED it. They made the appointment for the following Monday on the morning, in which I sent my husband since the car is under his name. As he went in to drop the car off he was told the tire wasn’t there and that it would be ready Tuesday afternoon. Of course I was upset because I work in the city and I wrong back and forth is expensive for something I called and confirmed. I called the service rep ( Shawn) and he passed me to the manager, Danny told me there’s nothing he can not even discount this tire or throw any kind of service for the inconvenience. Yet he told me I can use this tire for 500 miles which after I did my research it says it’s only safe to use it for up to 70 miles. So aside from us just having a snow storm and the roads being bad he wants me to keep risking my safety. He didn’t even offer a loaner car for the days we wouldn’t have the vehicle instead he told me to just pick up the car and drive it and come back. I was very upset and dissatisfied with the service department when I recently went with my brother to buy a car from this particular dealership. Very upsetting and dissatisfied with the service More

You must make be transferred about 5 times to get to the right person. They don't do the repairs properly and give inaccurate information about having parts for recalls. The service advisers either don't know or don't care about responding to questions. My service adviser must have told me five times to make sure to give a perfect rating. Very obviously, nobody here cares a bit about the customer. Basic services are all overpriced; they cost much more than almost anywhere else. The waiting area is unpleasant. They don't follow up as promised regarding missing parts. More
