30 min. Oil change Came here today for the 30min oil change. What a joke got there at 10:15. At 11:40 my Jeep was parked in the same place . Thank god they turned it off Came here today for the 30min oil change. What a joke got there at 10:15. At 11:40 my Jeep was parked in the same place . Thank god they turned it off or I would’ve ran out of gas. There was at least 3 other people complaining about the long wait. The video they got up is xxxxxxxx. I would rather pay triple for an oil change than sit there again. Sooo at 12:15 I’m finally leaving. More
Worst dealership I've ever done business with Absolutely terrible. I purchased a used car from them, granted I took into consideration that this car was used. They gave me a few days to get this J Absolutely terrible. I purchased a used car from them, granted I took into consideration that this car was used. They gave me a few days to get this Jeep inspected by my own mechanic as there were a few small issues. Turns out that this car had to have the instrument cluster changed 3 times (jeep was in there service department garage for about a month), the oil pan and trans pan were rusted out and the fluids were very low. Then they decided to tell me that I should give this car back and buy a brand new one from them.. I do have a warranty on the Jeep for any issues BUT I would never ever suggest anyone buy any vehicle from this location. Few days ago I went in for a recall and bow a sensor is "messed up" in my car. Service department is absolutely horrific. More

I made it clear when making the appointment it needed to be early to make sure it was taken care of today. At 1pm I called for an update and left a message. At 3pm I called and was told it was just getting on the lift. 7 hours after the appointment time. Meanwhile my husband told me his 6 month old car that had been in 1.5 weeks ago has a muffler that is flopping around caused by the work done. When I asked for a loaner for each car now that we'd have to bring them both back do to the service departments negligence, I was told that I'd have to give a $250 deposit. I refuse. 5 years ago when we had to leave a car for 3 weeks do to the dealerships fault, Chrysler covered a Nissan for 6 days. Sighting that was the amount of time it should take to fix the car. The other weeks we had a Chrysler 300 and was CHARGED on our deposit because Chrysler wasn't reimbursing that amount of time to the dealership. I absolutely refuse to open myself to have that situation happen again. My Jeep was returned to me with the front bumper falling off. We were told it arrived like that. Complete and horrible lie. Someone either maliciously destroyed my vehicle or forgot to put the bumper back on. Please help! More
BEYOND INCOMPETENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT Prior to submitting this review I reached out to the President, Vice President and owners Mr. Esposito and Mr. Tackett as well as Yarasette, the Custo Prior to submitting this review I reached out to the President, Vice President and owners Mr. Esposito and Mr. Tackett as well as Yarasette, the Customer Service Specialist and was unsuccessful in reaching them. The several posters displayed throughout the dealership with their pictures and phone number to contact if a customer is not satisfied is a waste of time and a joke, it isn't a working number and the Customer Service Specialist doesn't return calls. So, Yarasette, after reading this post, don't bother posting your repetitious, useless review response. I have read other reviews you have commented on and each one of them state the exact words, you apologize and invite to be contacted to discuss the matter. How can you address this matter when you don't return calls. After exhausting every avenue in giving this dealership a chance to address this matter I have decided to post this review in hope to prevent anyone considering doing business at this dealership to stay clear! I brought my parents to the dealership back in August 2017 interested in the Chrysler Pacifica. The feature that the seats can be stored in the floor of the vehicle alleviating the need to physically remove them brought us to the decision of the Pacifica. After 4+ hours we left with a new leased vehicle, not the color my parents requested however they settled. The other feature my parents requested was running boards. We were told they aren't standard but for an additional charge, which my parents paid that day, the dealership would order them and install them in a week or two. After two weeks of not hearing from the dealership we called to be told they had never been ordered. During that time of waiting for the running boards my parents received a letter stating that their credit was not approved and that the vehicle had to be returned. Causing great distress with my parents I along with my husband went to the dealership with the letter to find out more information. We were directed to a room off of the showroom floor. We walked to the doorway to find a young lady and gentleman talking. Neither one looked up, I excused myself by saying "Excuse me, I was told to come here, would you be able to help me?" she replied, "Who told you, what do you want?". I proceeded to tell her about the letter. She responded, "It's not a big deal, it happens all the time" I told her that I didn't understand, her response was "Don't worry about it" The gentleman interjected with an explanation handling it professionally. Fast forward...After waiting several more weeks, my parents received a call to come to the dealership for the installation of the running boards. I did not accompany them that day but received a call from them saying that after waiting sometime in the customer waiting area they were told that the running boards weren't painted and could not be installed and would receive a call when they were ready for installation. Last week my parents received a call informing them that the running boards were ready for installation. The appointment was made for Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 12 noon. I arrived with my Dad at the dealership service department and was directed to pull behind the car in front of me and that a service member would be right with me. It was now 11:55 am. We sat behind a car observing 4 men attempting to put New York license plates on the vehicle which was a Honda. A gentleman approached the 4 men, we heard him say, "Do you guys know what your doing?" At this point we were waiting 20 minutes. He then approached our car and asked if he could help us. I responded by telling him that we had a 12 noon appointment to have running boards installed. He said ok and told the men to move the car they were working on so that I could pull up. It was now 12:30pm when the service advisor handling my Dad's vehicle came over to the car. I asked him how long I could expect it to take. He said 2 hours. I told him I didn't expect that long, he said, "That's how long it takes, they have to drill and put bolts on" Having no other choice I took my Dad and wheelchair out of the car and we went to the waiting area and there we waited. They saw my Dad was in a wheelchair and that we didn't and couldn't go anywhere so if they needed to talk to us we were available however, at no point did anyone reach out to us. After waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes I went to the service area and was told by the service advisor I believe his name is Dan that they needed about 15 more minutes to make a final adjustment. I again went back to the waiting area. After waiting an additional 20 minutes I went back into the service area to find the service advisor "Dan" on the telephone. I stood in his view and waited for him to finish his call which was an additional 15 minutes. He never once acknowledged that I was standing there. Upon finally hanging up, he said, "I'll go check now." I stood at his desk waiting, he didn't return for 30 more minutes. Upon his return, I was greeted with his words, "We have two problems, the running boards are warped, it looks like they over baked them in the painting process." He didn't tell me what the second problem was but at this point I told him that "this is unbelievable and totally unacceptable, you said this was a 2 hour job, now 4 hours later you tell me it can't be done today!" "They didn't know that the running boards were warped 4 hours ago, or 3 hours ago or even 2 hours ago?" I proceeded to tell him that he had told me over 45 minutes prior that they needed 15 minutes to make a final adjustment, how now was it just discovered there was a problem. I then told him that I wanted the car, I needed to leave. He said I couldn't have the car but that they would give my Dad a courtesy vehicle. I asked why I wasn't offered this 4 hours ago. No response other then offered to get whatever my Dad needed out of the car and then directed me to where I needed to take my Dad to process the paperwork to get the courtesy car. As I walked out he said we would hear from him either Monday or Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and no call from Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge! Why am I not surprised!! So much for Mr. Tackett's commercial that doing business with their dealership is fun and easy! You people are a joke! This is beyond incompetence! STAY CLEAR OF ROUTE 46 CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE!! More
Bad Service lately I bought my Jeep from this dealer, always took it to get service there. At 1st it was good place, but lately not so good. Don't get me wrong, the Se I bought my Jeep from this dealer, always took it to get service there. At 1st it was good place, but lately not so good. Don't get me wrong, the Service Reps there are awesome. I have an Overland with a nice leather interior, lately every time I take it to get service I find a scratch on the seats or arm rest. It's either deliberate or they are just careless. My jeep was leaking oil and I had my local mechanic look and he found that oil plug at the bottom was stripped and not put in correctly. My latest visit I had drive-train maintenance and oil change, and of course I got it back with a new scratch on my seat and arm rest. I also have a new rattling noise. More
A very crooked company. Check Yelp for real reviews ***VERY IMPORTANT REVIEW WHEN DEALING WITH THESE CROOKS. PLEASE READ***I wish there was a 0 star, just like everyone else. I cant really say I had tha ***VERY IMPORTANT REVIEW WHEN DEALING WITH THESE CROOKS. PLEASE READ***I wish there was a 0 star, just like everyone else. I cant really say I had that bad of an experience with the Service department. It took a REALLY long time to get brakes and oil done (almost 2 weeks), but everyone was fairly nice. I called the manager around 10 times without exaggeration, but never received a call back. I got a loaner rental while my vehicle was being serviced. This is where the real xx comes in. PLEASE READ THIS AND BE WARNED. I had a loaner that I received fairly dirty inside. I actually spent an hour vacuuming the inside of the car out to clean it up a bit. Upon returning the vehicle, no one looked it over and someone brought it into the back. I was told they look it over in the back, which makes no sense and is illegal. I got a call the next morning (about 17 hours after returning it) saying that the car would be a $100 cleaning fee because the whole car was filthy. I called and asked for paperwork, and the report said that the trunk needed to be vacuumed out. Fine, whatever. The big thing was I got told I stole all the rear headrests out of the vehicle. I am a single man with no children...I never even opened up the back doors. The guido manager 'Anthony' is a typical Jersey 'tough guy' that trys to bully people over the phone. After not being able to talk to him due to his over rude behavior and having him talk over me any time I tried to get a word in wise, he says he has no time to waste dealing with me and "Here is how it is going to go...I am charging you, and you're going to pay." He then hung up the phone. This company is full of crooks and unprofessional cheats. I do not know how many people they have done this to, but it is not going to work with me. SCAMMERS, CHEATS, LIERS, THEIFS, and TRASH. Please be warned and go anywhere else. More

No call backs - 9 messages - zero call backs I had a terrible experience at their Nissan Dealership when I purchased my 2016 Jeep. After some terrible reviews online they finally helped me. The o I had a terrible experience at their Nissan Dealership when I purchased my 2016 Jeep. After some terrible reviews online they finally helped me. The only reason I go back to these people is because the Jeep came with free oil changes. On my last oil change they broke the plastic piece under the car that covers the oil service area. I called when I noticed and they asked me to come back. I explained that I live an hour away and want to make sure the part is in stock before I make the trip. I was told they'd look into it. 9 phone calls later and I have still not heard back. This is what the sales people did when I purchased the car. This is what they do by design. Terrible, but I will get the free oil changes just ti spite them. More
