I am very unhappy with the dealer service. I brought my car in on Thursday morning so they can check to see why my AC is not working. I called on Friday afternoon and the car had not even been I brought my car in on Thursday morning so they can check to see why my AC is not working. I called on Friday afternoon and the car had not even been diagnosed yet. Armin, service tech, told me he is off on Saturday but that he will come in to make sure my AC is recharged at least and then I can bring it back again if the coolant doesn't work. I called on Saturday, and nothing had been done with my car. AC was not recharged or anything. The car was at the dealership for 3 days and nothing was done. I had to pick up the car because I needed it for work. I picked it up in the same condition as I dropped it off. Very disappointed with the service or lack of service. More
It was an unique experience, with everyone customer care, the person I did my reservation and those who attended me when I arrived. I definitely wouldn’t want to experience that again. What was supposed to be a 2-3 day job turned into 2 weeks. Numerous calls and my hood getting broken by the service center was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Also, the reason why we brought our car in which weeks. Numerous calls and my hood getting broken by the service center was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Also, the reason why we brought our car in which was a broken air conditioner didn’t get fixed because they couldn’t find the issue. When we picked up the car we walked in and weren’t addressed or noticed in a room of about 8 employees for about 3 min before anyone asked if we needed anything? They continued speaking amongst themselves. The customer service here is awful and I pray another customer doesn’t experience what I did. Will not recommend this place or ever be returning. More
Updates about the service were only forthcoming after reaching out to them after a week. No information about the cause of the issue being fixed until I read the receipt of work.
