He presented my deal on a piece of notebook paper written with a Sharpie. I thought this was unprofessional. Route 46 Nissan is afterall a business and as such, I was expecting more in this regard. First, it was hard to read the numbers on the page. Second, it was hard to understand the numbers on the page. I ended up doing a lease, which I wanted to calculate myself using a lease calculator on my smartphone. The numbers needed to do this, were not the numbers written on the page. He was more interested in providing the monthly payment number (a number I needed to substantiate), rather than the numbers that went into calculating that result. This in a nutshell gave me the perception of impropriety, though after much discussion back and forth I finally figured that there was none. Finance Person: I don't remember his name... First, I did not leave the facility with a copy of my signed contract. When I asked for it, I was told it would be mailed to me. I believe that this may be illegal. Second, I was told that window etching, which was done on ALL their cars is required by the DMV. When I later researched this, that statement turned out to be a lie. The monthly payment amount, which I initially agreed to, already included the window etching. But not until I was ready to sign the lease agreement was I told that window etching was one of the elements that made up the final payment number. Recommended? YES for the outstanding price we received, NO for the sales process. The buying process was not "Fun and Easy" it was to be honest, rather stressful. Three years is not a very long time and when my lease is up, I'll probably end up using Route 46 Nissan as a price benchmark to hold to other dealers and buy elsewhere. More

Jay, the service rep (far right service desk) was friendly and did everything he could to make my experience pleasant. Awesome employee. Your service techs on the other hand are not on the level they friendly and did everything he could to make my experience pleasant. Awesome employee. Your service techs on the other hand are not on the level they should be. You have hired a gaggle of cheap wrench turners with little experience who rely on hotlines to answer their questions when they don't know what to do. It'd blatantly obvious. They hide things from the service rep, don't do thorough work, disregard obvious problems that are not on their ticket so you have to come back and cavort around the bay like a bunch of Patterson high school kids (sloppy and unprofessional). I have an issue with my Nissan Rogue HVAC air directional gates but I am scared to bring it in because I don't trust them to put it all back together correctly. This fault is NOT with the service department but rather with the corporate board who is looking to save a few bucks by hiring kids. You will be surprised to know that customers will pay a little more when they are confident in the employees and things get done right the first time. You also have no viable parts department on site which makes customers wait weeks for parts and come back twice. Not good More

There were smiles, the waiting area was crowded but quiet and clean, loved being able to use wifi while i waited for my car they were all friendly. Got my last 2 Cars from salesman Nivk Giacomaro. Great guy, very helpful and know what he's doing. I bought my juke and my father bought his pathfinder just recently.
