I'm writing with the hope that it will help other people avoid this dealership. I purchased many cars over the years and never felt the need to do this before. Where to begin? When I arrived I was the avoid this dealership. I purchased many cars over the years and never felt the need to do this before. Where to begin? When I arrived I was the only customer in the showroom. I could see all the salespeople having a conference in one of the offices so I waited. Once the meeting broke I expected to have salespeople competing to assist a potential customer, instead they all walked past me as if the place was empty. I had to work a bit to attract someone's attention. I really should have left at this point and regret not doing so. I told him which used car I was interested in and the "fun" part began. The advertised price, I was told, was contingent on two things: customer loyalty and recent college graduation. He showed me a web page were this information was printed at the very bottom. I used UsedCars.com to find the car. I went back later (as of this writing the car in question was still there) and there was no such information, but there was a statement so general it could basically absolve them from any misleading statement. The manager came over. He so wanted to help. Have I ever been there for even an oil change? That would allow me to take the customer loyalty credit. We determined that owning a Kia would do it . My family does own one so he gave me the $1000 and left. Minutes later my sales guy came back and explained all the work that had been done to prep the car. What wasn't clear at the time and what his manager sent him to explain was that I would have to pay for this work - so the $1000 was re-added to the cost. Such a transparent tactic. I also asked the manager point blank "Are there any additional fees I need to consider?" He said none. Later, while signing papers I found out there was a $900+ used car fee (I think they called it something official, like a tax) that was supposed to cover the prep work I had already been charged for with the $1000. Was ALL of this work really done? What would be your guess? There were about half a dozen other little things I thought were sneaky and deceptive, but I'm running out of space. Bottom line: I did my research beforehand and knew what the car was worth. I didn't get the super deal I naively expected (really should have known better), but I finally paid what I think is a reasonable price. All the sleazy tactics were not necessary but it seems to be the only way they know how to act. I really wish I didn't have to buy the car from them but I needed a car and was pretty tired of running around. I will never patronize this dealership again and will post this on multiple sites hoping to steer people away from it. Credit manager said he didn't know why people thought car salesmen were snakes. As my daughter says: Really? Probably because of guys like you. More
Do not buy a car from here, especially used. I saw a vehicle online and went in to the dealership and they immediately raised the price $2000 from the online price, saying that the price shown was only vehicle online and went in to the dealership and they immediately raised the price $2000 from the online price, saying that the price shown was only if you were eligible for 2 separate discounts (that almost nobody could possibly qualify for). The salesman said it explains this on the website, but he was lying, it is nowhere to be found. I looked at the car anyway, and even though the advertisement said the car was in excellent condition with no scratches or dents, this was a lie too. The interior was in below average to poor condition, and there were several scratches on the car. I put in an offer on the car that considered the price I wanted to pay minus what it would cost me to get it fixed and looking right, the salesmen left to go talk to his manager, I waited 20 minutes, and the salesman was nowhere to be found! This dealer is the example of every bad thing you ever heard about any car dealer. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! More
My wife visited their website and found a deal on a Honda Civic which was to good to be true. We scheduled an appointment to come look at this car, but when we arrived, the car had allegedly been sold alread Civic which was to good to be true. We scheduled an appointment to come look at this car, but when we arrived, the car had allegedly been sold already. Unfortunately, this bait and switch tactic is commonly used in car dealerships and after reading the other reviews for this dealership, we weren't the first ones to be hit with this tactic. Currently this vehicle is STILL on their website. When we arrived and discovered the car had "been sold" already, the salesperson had me seeing red with his persistent push to lease a new car or finance a new car. We told him several times "it's not happening." Several hours later after leaving the dealership, we were contacted twice more by two separate employees trying to sell us a different car. One of the employees was very rude with my wife, which I do not appreciate. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! More

I think a lawyer will be my next step. Sick over the whole thing especially so close to the holidays. :0( More
I have never felt the need to write anything bad for anyone but this must be said about this dealership. THE WORST DEALER IN THE WORLD. I beg you people to never buy from them. From the time we initi anyone but this must be said about this dealership. THE WORST DEALER IN THE WORLD. I beg you people to never buy from them. From the time we initially leased our Maxima to couple months later after we returned it, we are still fighting with them and even though we paid all our dues, they still do not leave us alone and harass us to go to the dealership and bring them all kinds of proofs that we had paid. I went to the Route 46 Nissan a couple weeks ago... looking to turn in my lease and get into a used Pick up truck. I met with a sales consultant Adrian. Usually I expect high pressure sales tactics a looking to turn in my lease and get into a used Pick up truck. I met with a sales consultant Adrian. Usually I expect high pressure sales tactics and jerks to assist me at a dealership, but Adrian was pretty cool. He was patient took the time to show me whatever trucks I wanted. Even though it was raining that day, He still took the time to walk outside while I waited in the dry dealership. I saw a couple of trucks that I was interested in, but I wasnt ready to make a purchase that day. The Salesman didnt pressure me. He introduced me to his manager. I think his name was Jesse. Jesse asked me about what type of truck I was looking for and he took a couple of notes down. I left feeling like I accomplished what I wanted. Adrian called me a few days later, they had gotten a 2007 Frontier in that was perfect! I came in a ended my lease that afternoon. Drove home in my new truck. I guess despite what this site indicates there can be some good found at Route 46 Nissan, you just need to deal with the right people. Adrian was great. More
I called the service rep for two days and left messages for him to call me and he never called back. When I came in to pick up my car he gave me such a bad time. Said he knew I was going to be a problem cu for him to call me and he never called back. When I came in to pick up my car he gave me such a bad time. Said he knew I was going to be a problem customer and was so rude. Customer service is not the job he should be in, they should never let him talk to customers again. The only person who was nice was the girl who takes payment for the service department, she was so nice and friendly.Try to find a manager to talk to, they are never around or to busy to talk to you after the sale. Stay away! More
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!! I thought I was getting a good deal on a used car, till I realize (after I signed) it wasn't. That was my fault for not reading more closely. Moving on. Eddie seemed nice a good deal on a used car, till I realize (after I signed) it wasn't. That was my fault for not reading more closely. Moving on. Eddie seemed nice, but extremely pushy, not a great quality. After I took ownership of my pre owned car, I found out there was after market parts installed, that wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't purchased their "quality guard" protection plan which doesn't cover non OEM parts. Nice right? I've called several times to cancel it, but never heard back. It's complete bull**** that these people get away with this. My next issue is my registration. My sales rep called me and said my registration was ready, so I went down only to find out that it wasn't there, mind your it's a 30 minute trip. When I asked the girl where it was, she called the Chrysler dealership and they had it, but said I owed $3,000. WHAT?!?!?! I said I owe noting and demanded to speak with a manager. After speaking with Jesse, he said it was a clerical error and he would take care of it. I told him to mail me the registration cause I wasn't about to waste my time going there again. My temp tag expires on the 5th and I still don't have my registration. I called numerous times and left several voicemails. I guess it's some big joke to these people, well I'm not laughing. I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Burro and I advise everyone else who had a negative experience to do the same. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS!!! Go to another dealership and save yourself time, hassle and most of all MONEY. Tell all your friends in the market for a car to avoid them too. More
