What a nightmare experience. I was told I had 72 hours if I wanted to return the car. When I did they refused to take it. I also discovered that this thief donato made my contract 72 months instead of 60 li I wanted to return the car. When I did they refused to take it. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THESE THIEVES. I should've known when the cops were called there while I was there. The finance officer in the back was rude nd refused to take the BS window etching charge off the price. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! More

I had a wonderful experience with Route 46 Nissan. I got a wonderful deal on a 2012 Black Nissan Sentra special edition that I love. The greatest thing about him is that he always follows up with me if everything is going well with my vehicle and seeing if he can do anything for me. I feel comfortable enough to be able to reach out to him if I have any issues or concerns to hear his opinion and see if he has a way to solve the issue. Whenever I go in for service with the car, he greets me with a wonderful smile and checks up on me and my vehicle. I highly recommend Adrian and Route 46 Nissan as they are dedicated sales people that sincerely want your experience at a car dealership to be a memorable one so you would feel comfortable and would want to come back to. I had been exchanging emails with the "Internet Sales Consultant" about a certain vehicle in stock (as advertised on their website). Kalvin confirmed the vehicle was still in stock and would rather I come in to submit my offer to his manager. I emailed him a specific time and day I would come in to submit my offer and see the vehicle. I was greeted by another salesman who went to get Kalvin for me. To my surprise before I even got to meet Kalvin the salesman told me: "That vehicle was sold earlier today." I left and never met Kalvin, who never thought it was important to tell me the vehicle was sold, OR apologize for the inconvenience. More
My experience with Thomas was great overall because he was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I spent around three hours with him discussing the options of cars, and at no point did I feel like I was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I had a VERY bad experience at Hudson Nissan in Jersey City and when i got home and was all upset with the service i got, i called Route 46 Nissan and was given Sergio to speak with. He was extremely professional, nice, and attentive to my needs and was willing to help us out. I drove over there and with ease, Sergio and his team were able to find me the perfect car that i was looking for, for a reasonable price, and provided the best experience i have ever had in any dealer. Even though Route 46 is a bit far from me because of traffic, i will be going there from now on. Just the atmosphere of seeing everyone always busy and EVERY customer had a smile on their face told me that the service that every person gets there is great. This is the dealership to go if you want great service at a reasonable price. More
I went to this dealership based upon their advertisements I went to this dealership based upon their advertisements of several used Nissan Rogues on Autotrader.com and on the dealer's website as $13,995 and I went to this dealership based upon their advertisements of several used Nissan Rogues on Autotrader.com and on the dealer's website as $13,995 and $14,995. Within several minutes of submitting my interest form on the website, I was contacted by several persons via phone and email and was assured that the vehicles that I had viewed were at the dealership and at the price listed. Because I live over 90 miles away from the dealership I wanted to make sure the vehicles were still for sale and at the price listed. The very next day I drove the 90 miles to the dealership along with my daughter, who I was purchasing the car for and was greeted by a salesman who was pretty friendly. I told him about the fact that I was told by their Internet team to come today to purchase one of the cars advertised. I also told the saleman that I was prepared to purchased one of the cars and had brought with me my daughter's car that I wanted to use as a trade in. I was then shown the two cars, as well as another one located at their Mitsubishi dealership. Before I was shown each car I showed the salesman what the listed price was on the websites; at no time did the saleman indicate that this price wasn't valid and or would not be honored. It was only after I had spent over 90 minutes looking at the cars, and finally decided on one to purchase, was I notified that the price that I was lead to believe was the purchase price, was not valid and would not be honored. I was then told that the price listed on the websites were only for a rebate program for recent college graduates students and or past customers. This is hard to believe because most rebates for college students are generally for new cars, not used cars, and are from manufacturers and not from dealerships. I was further told that there should have been a link on the website that should have taken me to where this information would have been disclosed, althought my salesman didn't know where it was located, which I am not surpised. When I first arrived at he dealership I mentioned to him that I had read a lot of negative complaints about Route 46 Nissan not honoring their advertised sales price for their cars. I was told that wasn't a problem no longer and that management had cracked down on that practice. Well it appears that management had not changed anything and that what I read from other reviews is still the norm of baiting and luring customers to their dealership by using websites offering unattainable purchase prices for their vehicles. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and would advised any potential customers to be leery about their advertised prices. More
