Anyways to get to my story he Screwed me big time on my 2015 Sentra by doing a lease buy out on my car which I only had it for a year on lease and I try to discuss with him about making my payments lower instead he made them higher!!! But he lied!!!!! To me by saying my insurance was gonna go down and that never happen because when I spoke to State Farm they told me that was inaccurate information and my coverages and premium were not!!!! Gonna go down because my coverages were already low SMH so now thanks to him!!!! Am paying more for a 2015 Vehicle that if I trade in tomorrow I won't get enough for it omg what a mess they got me in to sooo for the record do not go to this dealership they are nothing but con artist they would screw you all the way till they can't no more BEWARE!!! P.S make sure they always give you a copy of your Contract!!!!!! When you fiancé it or lease because they would be silk and not handed it to you so you won't see the hidden charges they add to your car without your consent!! Sad but true BEWARE More

Do not buy or bring your car here DO NOT GO HERE! Do not buy from here, do not lease from here. I leased then was forced to be the car out there smh. The rates per month were an extra DO NOT GO HERE! The rates per month were an extra $150.00 more than my lease was bc of my credit even though I made payments on time. This dealership will rip you off on the price of their cars, and will over charge you on service. I brought my car in several times for CVT issues as the internet would say more about it then they could ever understand. My cars transmission overheated 4 times and I lost acceleration power this year and last year. The gears have also slipped multiple times on acceleration as well including last week when it was hot outside. When I brought my car into 46 Nissan where I bought it from, they already started with excuses saying that they can't replicate the problem and therefore there's nothing else they can do, meanwhile they don't bother looking online at other customer reviews for the 2013 and 2014 Nissan Altima in terms of their cvts overheating. Another couple of months goes by and the same thing happens. Nissan never recommend a transmission flush at all at anytime when I brought the car in, somehow magically you have to flush it every 30,000, what kind of car was made to have transmission problems or service every 30,000 without telling me upfront? NISSAN does! This just gets better, Just last week I brought it in a 2nd time to complain about the cvt because it just overheated for a 4th time. I go back to 46 and they put me in their "loaner" car for a couple days and never called me to follow up the first time. They also again couldn't replicate the problem ive been experiencing go figure right?, this past Friday I come to pick my car up. The service advisor wrote me up for a 45 dollar per day Nissan Altima as a rental not a loaner because somehow they don't provide loaners. On top of that before I returned the loaner car literally 10 mins before I get to the dealership a small pebble flies up into the windshield and cracks it. Nissan also wanted my insurance to pay for the loaner car damages they already withdrew 250.00 from my Credit card plus they're going to use my insurance for the windshield. On top of that the total charges for the loner car and service turned out to be over 400.00! I told them there's no way I'm paying for that, rates were never discussed me in the beginning and shouldn't have to pay for an already insured loaner car! They told me they don't do loaners, they do rentals only! What dealership does this do its customers? NISSAN 46 does! I've been a customer for 4 yrs with this place absolutely insulting! Wait!This gets better....because I didn't agree with paying for all the "loaner" car xxxxxxxx they wouldn't let me have my own car back! They held me and the car hostage and left me without a ride home SMH! They also wouldn't let me talk to a service manager because they were too busy in meetings or it was Memorial Day weekend and they were gone for the day! That's no excuse! I was left at the dealership for an hour to talk to someone and finally someone talked to me but still wasn't a manager and couldn't do anything for me! Absolutely ridiculous! Another hour goes by and then I get this is all we can do excuse and that's the final say with rude attitude. At this point I still haven't got my own car back and I call corporate and consumer affairs. I spent two hours on the phone talking to two different people about this crappy treatment from this dealership. They also couldn't do anything for me at all until it Tuesday because they also didn't have a manager or bothered to get one because it was Memorial Day weekend! Sounds like this whole company is crap all the way up the food chain! So it was 9 now and the service department still wouldn't give my car back to me until I paid for the loaner car. Straight up car theft! If I would of known there was a charge for the loaner car per day at 45.00 per day I would of gotten an enterprise instead. This dealership is full of lies and deceptions! I was charged almost 700.00 in one day alone because this dealership doesn't stand behind its products and doesn't care about servicing the customer properly. They're crooked! Do not go to them! More

A Bitter Sweet Ending... BUYER BEWARE!!!! My experience with Nissan in Totowa, NJ was always a pleasant one. Everyone felt like family to me. I leased four Nissan Altimas from BUYER BEWARE!!!! My experience with Nissan in Totowa, NJ was always a pleasant one. Everyone felt like family to me. I leased four Nissan Altimas from Nissan of Totowa since 2007. Anything I ever needed, my salesman Wagner Abreu went above and beyond to satisfy my customer needs. Demi Fernandez and Maria were fantastic as well. I loved every single one of my Nissans. Fast forward to the last couple of weeks, this location made my life miserable. My husband gifted me a car (thank god) and unfortunately it was not a Nissan. This would be my first time doing a lease return. I’ve always returned an Altima for another Altima with less than 20,000 miles. Since many people have moved on from Nissan or changed positions, I spoke to the operator. She explained I needed to have the car inspected. This part of the lease return went smoothly. Alliance came out to my job location and did the inspection. I felt they were way too high and charged for every single mark on the car. I went to my mechanic to have all the excessive wear and tear taken care of right away. I spoke to Rudy from Nissan on Thursday May 11, 2017. I asked when I can drop my Nissan off for lease return. He said I can come in Saturday from 9a.-3pm. I decided to dedicate the early part of my Saturday to bring the Nissan. In the torrential downpours, I finally made it to Nissan in Totowa. My husband and I were greeted by a gentleman named Rich. He sat me down and asked which Nissan I will be getting into today. I explained to him I will not be getting into another Nissan but in fact I was doing a lease return. He said, “we do not do lease returns on a Saturday.” He said to give him a minute and walked away. When he came back, he said he spoke to a manager and there is nothing he can do. Frustrated enough, I asked to speak to the manager. He pointed to a gentleman wearing glasses. As I am walking toward the manager, I am smiling at him. He is looking directly in my eyes. I arrived to the side of the counter, he turned away and asked a couple that walked up to us before me. The couple asked where they can pick up their permanent plates. He walked right passed me and my husband, made zero eye contact, and did not say a word to us. He took the couple to where they needed to pick up their plates. After 5-7minutes later, he walked up to us and asked if he could help us. I said yes I was given the wrong information and I want to know what I can do about this lease return. He said I’m sorry there is nothing I can do and you can not leave the car here because you will be responsible for any damages. He said to come in on Monday to drop off the car. He said to call a woman named Jeannie before I came in. He never introduced himself and was not trying to help in any manner. This gentleman’s name is Schulyer. Monday, May 16, 2017, I spoke to Jeannie on the phone and she asked me to repeat to her 3 times what happened to me. She explained to me I needed to send the inspection paperwork to the Finance department and to come in after work. She said if I have an issue to give her a call. I show up to Nissan of Totowa, and one of the salesman sent me to the cashier to proceed with the lease return process. I thought I would have been escorted like the couple was on Saturday. But I wasn’t. I was greeted by Troy. He was so accommodating and sweet. It was the same energy I received when I leased my first Nissan. Everything was done within 15 minutes. I saw Schulyer and he did not even acknowledge me. I never did anything to him. I understand that I was not jumping a new Nissan. But to be treated as a piece of garbage on Saturday by Schulyer made me sick to my stomach. He definitely needs training and not to project his microagression on to old or potential Nissan customers. I WAS a loyal customer. I know where to NOT send my close friend who is looking to purchase her first vehicle. More

When I spoke to the internet sales manager Rudy he told me the sale price was $13,495 and it was a certified vehicle. I drove an hour and twenty minutes to get there and they set me up with a salesman Milton. He took me out to see the car and for a test drive. I liked the car and went back inside to make a deal. I asked how negotiable the $13,495 was and the salesman said the asking price of the car is $15,495 as the price I saw on Autotrader was including a Nissan loyalty discount of $2000 (which it did not say in the listing at all). Milton told me that I should have checked the Route 46 website as this happens all the time. My response was that if you wanted $2000 more for the car then it should have been priced accordingly on Autotrader. I asked to speak to a sales manager and he said that he would be able to discount the car but could not sell it to me for the advertised price on Autotrader. I got up and walked out and they didn't even try to work with me. Route 46 Nissan does not care about customer service and will tell you anything to get you in the door. If you want to have a terrible car buying experience and deal with deceitful people then this is the place for you. More
