The worst ever - does not get any worse than this Substandard customer service - more like a disservice. They charge $159 + tax for an estimate, and not only I had to call several times to get this e Substandard customer service - more like a disservice. They charge $159 + tax for an estimate, and not only I had to call several times to get this estimate, but the estimate itself did not make any sense at all. They quoted at least $1500 to rectify what should have been treated as a manufacturer defect and should have been recalled. Needless to say, I took the car somewhere else - fortunately, a friend recommended a really good mechanic, who, for half of that estimate, not only rectified the original problem, but also gave my car a major tune-up - replaced a filter, put in new spark plugs, changed oil, rotated the wheels, fixed a few other minor things, and got my car running like new. Needless to say - I am telling everybody where to go for good service, and it is NOT Route 46 Nissan. More

BEWARE! Liars & Cons-Go elsewhere!!!! I called about purchasing a used car for cash. Spoke to Daniel who LIED to get me in. Since I was to pay cash, he told me I wouldn't be charged any ta I called about purchasing a used car for cash. Spoke to Daniel who LIED to get me in. Since I was to pay cash, he told me I wouldn't be charged any tax. (!) And also told me the additional $2000 for not being a prior customer would be waived. Of course I went in! Salesman told me that Daniel was "new" & needed to be retrained. They also appraised my car & told me my car has a salvage title. Another LIE! I told them I was leaving to go to 23 Nissan in Butler next-then told me they own that dealership too which was of course a LIE! I left, went to 23 Nissan in Butler & was treated with respect & truth. Walked out with a beautifully loaded used Murano (same exact vehicle at 46) that was $3500 cheaper! Go to 23 Butler - they know how to treat their customers kindly without lying. More

Straightforward and good experience We came in looking to get a good deal on the nissan leaf. We worked with Nick & Rich and with the expectation of getting similar incentives that we r We came in looking to get a good deal on the nissan leaf. We worked with Nick & Rich and with the expectation of getting similar incentives that we received in CA when we initially got into the leaf. We love the leaf and its practicality, but we have to look at the bottom line. Since the incentives in NJ aren't as great as CA, we passed up on the deal. Nick and Rich tried their best, but without the incentives, it wasn't getting us to our ideal comfortable price. With that, these guys were great to work with and we felt no pressure at all. Of course they are sales, so they will need to steer you in a direction, otherwise they aren't doing their job. If I'm ever back in the market for a new Nissan, we will highly consider this place again. They actually had 3 GTR's in the showroom, goes to show that these guys are motivated to move their cars when it makes sense (think win-win). More
