After not hearing back from the GM, I was contacted by the owner, WHO FULLY STOOD BEHIND HIS C UPDATED REVIEW. I must give credit when credit is due. After not hearing back from the GM, I was contacted by the owner, WHO FULLY STOOD BEHIND HIS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTY. I'm happy to report that Rt 46 Nissan has earned future consideration for my repeat business. I've owned only Nissan Maximas for over 20 years, and this experience with Rt 46 Nissan may have turned me away forever. I was dealt with dishonestly throughout the entire buying process..even after directly questioning a misquoted price. This experience at Nissan 46 has left me feeling DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTED! I've called the dealership many times and have sent two letters without response...unbelievable. I'll update my review as things progress...good or bad. More
