The sales managers were extremely unprofessional and tried to add several thousand dollars to the price. When I requested their business cards, Jesse Moritz gave me a business card of an employee that hasn't worked there in months. The stupid part is the cell number was on the card and I spoke to this person who is now taking legal action. More

I bought a used 2016 Jeep from them last week. 01-10-17. So here's an update. They gave a some money back and upgraded the car to what was advertised. It was a wrestling match but they did come through. I'm upgrading me review but I can't stress enough to stay away from the sales person Joseph Pellegrino. He still never reached out. Luckily his bosses did. Original post: Wow. These folks are the worst. I bought a used 2016 Jeep from them last week. So the latest. The salesperson named Joseph Pellegrino asked me to call him the next day at 10am and he'd take care of everything. The only flaw? He was off the next day. So I called the manager, never heard back, I called another salesperson, never heard back. The advertisement online said our car came with navigation but there isn't any. I originally thought I just had to spend some time to learn the controls. When I call the dealer to get this taken care of guess what happens? That's right, no call back. I'm very nice on the phone. I'm not yelling or cursing... I guess I have to just show up. YUK! More
