You become an after thought after you buy I purchased my 2015 Nissan Altima on 10/4/16. I had great interaction with the salesperson during the buying experience, but once I walked out it look I purchased my 2015 Nissan Altima on 10/4/16. I had great interaction with the salesperson during the buying experience, but once I walked out it looks like customer service walks out with the customer. It is now December 7, 2016 and I have yet to receive my plates. My car parked for over a month unable to be used because the temporary tags are expired. Route 46 Nissan claims they reached out on October 15, 2017 to advise the plats and registration have arrived. I never received a voicemail. I went to the dealer on October 27, 2016 and it turns out the registration was incorrectly processed under my sons name who is a co-signor in the vehicle. Paperwork specifically stated it should be registered to my name. Once again salesperson apologizes and say it will be taken care of immediately and I would get a call back. One week passes, I call and leave a voice mail, two weeks pass, I call and leave a voicemail, a few days later I call and leave a voicemail with the salesperson and manager and still nothing. I called in the middle of the third week and finally get the salesperson who puts me on hold for about 15 minutes and then tells me it takes about 5 weeks for replacement because they had to recall the title from the finance company. In the meantime the salesperson response was that they would pay for any tickets I may get and not to worry because it would not result in me getting any points in my license if I did. So their solution was for me to break the law and expect to be compensated if I were stopped. It is now over five weeks and I am still waiting for my registration plates, my car still parked in the garage because I cannot use it and I of course had to make a payment on a car I am unable to use. I am not sure where to go next with this. Call Nissan. I don't even want to call the dealership and suffer the disappointment of having to leave yet another voice message. More

I bought a car twice from Nissan route 46 within 3 months period and both time it turned out to be really bad experience. 1st Incident- The 1st time when I leased in October, I suppose to get a permanent license plate & registration within 3 weeks time frame until your temporary license plate does not expires. I called multiple times to follow up with my sale person & never received a call back. I end up going back to dealer showroom since my temporary plate was already expired. When I got there I found that there is a delay from DMV to process the plate however they never bother calling a customer to notify the issue. my license plate was delayed for 1 week after my temporary license plate expired & I could not drive for a week until I receive my license plate. I am not sure if other people have similar issue however they are really poor with communication & don't have good customer service skills. if I have not gone there I would not have found out why my license plate has not been processed until then. 2nd Incident - I spoke to the manager about 1st incident and he asked me to give him an opportunity to earn my business & trust again so I decided to lease another car & it turned out to be nightmare & worse experience then the 1st one.. I returned my old vehicle and got a new car. I had a minor damage on old car and I was told that I should not receive any bill on existing car and if I do they will help me to get a waived. one month later, I received a bill for 2100 and I was shocked to receive a such high bill and when I started calling the sales Manager, he never returned my call. finally when I got an touch with them, they told me that they can not do anything since they don't own the vehicle and the bill generate directly by the leasing company & they could not help me to reduce it. I end up dealing with leasing company directly and payed the bill which I should have received it or it should be waived since I was told that it is not significant damage and I should be covered. I learned my lesson hard way and never trust whatever they tell you to earn your business unless they give you in the writing. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone due to poor customer service and lack of trust. Also, I suppose to receive a referral bonus for the 1st car which I got for my father and never received it even though they been telling me that it is in the mail since last two months. More

Ripped off beyond belief Shame on me. Settled on a price of $14200 on a Versa. In the finance office I didn't see the fine print that my down payment want going to the total Shame on me. Bait and Switch BEWARE! I have never written an online review of any kind before. But after the experience that I had today, I felt like it was my civic duty to repor BEWARE! I have never written an online review of any kind before. But after the experience that I had today, I felt like it was my civic duty to report to you how awful my experience was today. I currently live about an hour and half away from this dealership. I called ahead of time, speaking with the online rep. to confirm everything was in order with the vehicle I was looking for. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. However, turns out, she was very misleading. I let her know I will be there in about an hour and a half and asked if she could have the vehicle ready for me. I get there, fill out some paperwork and I ask to see the truck. I then find out it was sold 20 minutes ago. But wait, there is another truck just like it and the manager promised to work with me for my inconvenience. I was promised over the phone to get the KBB value of my trade, plus up to 20% more. When i arrive, I get offered 7 thousand under what KBB says my trade is worth and the managers were not able to tell me why. I even went onto their computer and entered in my vehicles specs right in front of them, which confirmed the price I was looking for. Also, they were unwilling to negotiate the price of the vehicle i was looking to buy. I wasted 5+ hours of my life for the ol' bait and switch. Promised one thing to get you in the door, and was then told the opposite. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Will never return to this dealership, nor any dealership owned by the same company. I will be telling everyone I know who is looking for cars to stay away. More
