BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! My girlfriend was looking for a new Rogue lease since her's was coming to an end. I made an appointment with Nancy Segui for Wednesday evening being t My girlfriend was looking for a new Rogue lease since her's was coming to an end. I made an appointment with Nancy Segui for Wednesday evening being that she sold me my Nissan Altima I purchased in 2010. We went by the dealership and she had the EXACT car we were looking for already cleaned up and detailed! Took the car for a test drive and Nancy was very patient and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle. We mentioned the monthly payment we were looking for on the lease and she worked our a fantastic deal for us. We finished our paperwork with Nancy and she took us to see Bernard in finance who was great as well. He had all the paperwork ready and any questions we had he explained to us. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

Not only did they list the car I ended up purchasing for a different price on line then what was listed when I got to the dealership they wanted me to fill out paperwork for money right off the bat so they could run my credit without even test driving the car. They will do what ever they can to see a car including making you sign a spot form. I will never deal with this dealership again. Horror story of a place. More

Cannot say enough bad things about NISSAN & this dealership! Makes me sick!! I have been a 'loyal' Nissan customer since I got my licenses 9 years ago, only driving Nissan brand cars. I bought my first car, then Makes me sick!! I have been a 'loyal' Nissan customer since I got my licenses 9 years ago, only driving Nissan brand cars. I bought my first car, then leased 2 overpriced Altima coupes (a 2009 and a 2013). Well, my 2013 lease just ended, and my car was in MINT condition. I am telling you, this car looks brand new, no chips, dents, scratches, not to mention the fact that on my 39,000 mile lease the car was returned with 29.5k miles on it. I considered purchasing the car at the end of the lease, but naturally what I owe on the car is more than what the thing is even worth - some $30,000 car that really holds it's value...NOT. So I get an inspection done on the car and ALL they can tell me is wrong with it is they want to charge me for the tires. Tires that have not been driven on for more the 30k miles, and this bonkers place thinks that I was going to replace them on a leased car?!?! They want to bill me $250 for the tires, despite the fact that they are receiving this car back in perfect condition way under the mileage that was allotted to me (cause I hardly even drive!!) The icing on the cake is when I go to take the car back and I complain to the 'manager' about this, he tells me there's nothing he can do. I say, oh well what would you be able to do if I were buying another Nissan, and he tells me all charges would go away (THANKS BECAUSE THEY ARE UNWARRANTED) along with the $395 charge I have coming to me as a disposition fee. Can you imagine, $400 for them to take the car back from you alone. What a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE car brand. I will make sure to forever recommend to all family, friends and co-workers to STAY AWAY from Nissan, especially if you are considering leasing. My family has leased Acuras and Jeeps in the past and never ever have they been faced with this BOGUS charges the way I am from these NMAC crooks and their dealerships. More

This guy is the stereotype of a crooked salesman. My daughter was purchasing a new truck and he treated her as if she knew nothing.
