They all wanna take as much money from you and charge you as much as theycan. Fortunately for us there are a few that do not have the same intentions as most. At Route 46 Nissan I can tell you from experience that they are 100% not going to try and empty your pockets. They treated me with a super reasonable price right off the bat. I went into the dealership knowing just about everything about the vehicle I was looking for and including the cost and it I was expecting to be blindsided. Richard Catalano and his staff are probably among the best in the business they did not sit there for hours and go back and forth on pennies they had me in and out of that dealership in 1 hour and 20 minutes with keys in my hand and a price that is untouchable. So if you're looking to skip all that extra work and hours of negotiating I highly recommend him and his staff. More

Unpleasant I recently bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla S and on the day of purchase I only got 1 key. I've been calling the guy who sold me my car (George Mac) for t I recently bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla S and on the day of purchase I only got 1 key. I've been calling the guy who sold me my car (George Mac) for the past 3 weeks asking him when he was going to give me a spare key and he tells me that my car does not come with a spare. I called Toyota and they told me that a key made for my car cost 300 dollars. I will never buy a car here again and most certainly never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Keep Calm & Stay Away! To start, when we arrived, we informed Nick we were there to see another salesperson with whom we had previously corresponded. Nick brushed this fact aside and instead took us to his desk. After the test drive, he was very pushy with obtaining our personal information, despite us informing him we were not ready to make a decision, yet. He also told us the True Car savings that was previously quoted to me was incorrect, and then asked to see the email on my phone, and used my phone, without my knowledge or consent, to forward the email to his own personal email (not work email). He also used my personal information to run a hard credit inquiry, even though again, we made it very clear we were not ready to make any decisions. He refused to provide any pricing information, and instead kept asking us what we could afford, information which we weren't comfortable providing at this point. He didn't even have a business card to provide us at the end. This was our first car-buying attempt of the day, and it was the worst. Luckily, the remaining dealerships (Subaru, Honda & Toyota) were a much better experience. I know it's not the process, but the people. More
