Worst dealer experience I went to this dealership fully prepared with all the details in advance including a letter from them trying to earn my business offering $2500 toward I went to this dealership fully prepared with all the details in advance including a letter from them trying to earn my business offering $2500 towards remaining monthly payments on my current lease AND the letter states no over mileage fees. Knowing my car is over mileage I decided to take advantage. They tried to roll my excess mileage fees into the fees for the new car! Ignored my $2500 voucher as well. In addition, their website also said $1000 credit for recent college graduates in the last 6 months which I am and I brought my diploma. I was told I could not use this in addition to the other stuff they were even honoring. Nothing anywhere says they can't be combined and they could not give me a real number. I have leased 5 cars over the last 12 years and never have I felt so enraged by a dealership. Anyone who settles with this dealership certainly did not do their homework and got ripped off. More
Loyal Owner I currently own a 2009 Maxima and 2014 Pathfinder. I traded my previous 2007 Murano for the Pathfinder just recently. My experience with Sean, Skyla I currently own a 2009 Maxima and 2014 Pathfinder. I traded my previous 2007 Murano for the Pathfinder just recently. My experience with Sean, Skylar and Kevin was great. Of course like any dealership there is a negotiation process, however they managed the process professionally and friendly. I walked out of the dealership with a great deal for a recurring customer and having referred my family who also purchased three cars from them in the previous month. Their service is good but it all depends on the service manager you are working with. I also go to Phil, he is wonderful and does his best to make sure I walk out of there happy. More

Worst experience ever at a dealer Worst experience I ever had at an auto dealer. Confirmed that they had 3 in stock of model we wanted and that I could come drive it. Salesperson cal Worst experience I ever had at an auto dealer. Confirmed that they had 3 in stock of model we wanted and that I could come drive it. Salesperson called me back and confirmed appointment, that car was in stock and that I could drive it. Drove 40 minutes on a Friday night, got there and car was not available to drive. Spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get car out of lot or showroom to drive - including driving me to their lot, searching for the car and then finding they couldn't get it out because it was buried behind other cars. Took me back to the dealer to work out deal. Was told they don't give prices but that I would have to make an offer. Manager came out to meet me and gave me guidance that they could meet or beat my current lease payments. I was then asked to make an offer which I was uncomfortable with as every other dealer I've been to starts with giving me a price. Regardless, I decided to make an offer since they had the model I wanted. I offered what my current payment was based on the manager's guidance. Was then told I had to give a credit card, my income, ssn and other personal info to make the offer. I reluctantly provided the information requested. Salesperson went away for 10 minutes, came back and told me they were offended with the offer and that I was so far off that they weren't even going to counter. Felt like I was in the middle of "Deal or no Deal" but that the banker wasn't making an offer. Once again, I reluctantly increased my offer. 10 minutes later, I was told we were still too far apart for them to even consider it or counter. I asked to speak to the manager but he wasn't available (or willing) to talk to me. I asked if I could please at least get a price for which they would lease the vehicle and was told no, that they don't operate that way. I would have to make a close enough offer for them to consider. At that point I left and went and got the car elsewhere with a much more friendly dealer. In total, I spent 2 1/2 hours at Route 46 Nissan on a Friday night and didn't get to drive the car I was told I could and was unable to get a price from them. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as I believe this represents fraudulent business practices and will make sure to share my experience as widely as I can. More
