Dealership was empty with one saleswomen pacing back and forth on her phone, making people uncomfortable with her forced small talk. Receptionist did not have my appointment on file and struggled to find m forth on her phone, making people uncomfortable with her forced small talk. Receptionist did not have my appointment on file and struggled to find my slot until I showed him the email conformation. The mechanic was easily the best part of the visit as he completed the work as requested and provided a detailed break down of other services I will need. Upon completion of my service, I mentioned to the receptionist that given the recommendation it would probably be easier to purchase a new car since I am in the market for one. Thinking this would be an opportunity for him to encourage a sale, I waited for his response. His disinterested, glazed over look with a simple shrug signified to me that he couldn't care less. A shame because given the mechanics service I would like to continue servicing/purchasing my vehicles here. But after that interaction I would never purchase a vehicle here, only service my own. More

The sales person never told me that there is no second key for the car during the entire discussion which should have been told in begining. I was told only when all the paper works were done. Also many time whatever she said it wasn’t matching. For everything she kept on saying this is old car and she does not know anything. The waiting area is comfortable enough to be there for an hour or two. I am very satisfied with the services received. They even accommodate me by washing the inside of the front window, as I cannot reach it to clean. Great place!! More
