Recently we found a Lariat online at Rowe’s that we wanted to see along with a King Ranch that truly caught my husband’s eye when viewing online. We met with a very knowledgeable and personable salesperson, Daniel Otieno. Although the Lariat was no longer available, the King Ranch was and Daniel kindly proceeded to get the vehicle ready (cooled down due to the high temps we were experiencing) for a test drive. Daniel pointed out many of the various options included in this model to make certain we became acquainted more quickly with this vehicle. Unfortunately, we both felt it was simply too large (especially for me) and sadly for Daniel, no sale was made. Subsequently, we found and purchased a vehicle in NH. However, we both feel that Daniel was the most effective sales person we have dealt with during our quest for our new vehicle. I found that he was the only one that truly knows his products inside and out and clearly explains the differences in the options— this is vitally important to me. It seems that sales personnel of his caliber are few and far between - Why is this? I tend to have little patience with sales people who cannot answer reasonable questions. Thus, I am pleased to write this review of Daniel Otieno, a top quality sales professional, and hope one day to seek him out for a future sale. Good luck to you Daniel and keep up the good work!
