Rowe Westbrook, and especially Mace, and Brian were everything one expects from a new car dealership. However, Mace and Brian went far above and beyond the norm, as our situation called for anything bu everything one expects from a new car dealership. Essentially, when we went to look at the Calligraphy, we already had three vehicles to sell first. Two of them were Harley touring bikes. To make a long story short, Rowe Westbrook, Mace and Brian, sold the vehicles for us. The Mustang was used as a trade-in, and the two bikes were bought outright by Big Moose H-D. All the sale prices were fair and reasonable as well. Mace also knew we were under a time constraint, as we were leaving town for three weeks in a few short days. With their help, EVERYTHING went smoothly, and we'll pick up our new Calligraphy when we return to Maine! Good job Rowe Ford! More

I found the one! The truck was just gorgeous.good mileage,and year. I contacted sales to inquire,some one named Christie contacted me and said it was available. I live in coastal Maine it’s about an hour and 45 minutes away from me. I had to arrange for time off to go see the truck. Christie said that I could do almost everything online and that they could bring the truck half way to me lol! Then a guy on Christie’s phone called me when I was at work and said I would have to come up the whole way. Ok He wanted me to put down 500.to reserve the truck (refunded) if it didn’t work out. I didn’t feel ok with that,so I took a day off and went up. I am embarrassed for this but only had a trade that they reduced by 3,000 when I got there. My payoff was also more than I thought which was on me. I went through a lengthy process there and The salesman John said that I was approved.the salesman said that he had gotten me a lower interest rate and even a warranty deal.I asked if I could call my daughter and tell her that I was purchasing the truck and they said yes it’s yours. The finance guy said lets sign these papers and then….. He said he had me down as 6,700 down . He told me that John had given him the wrong papers. I had a pre approval from my credit union which he said was to high in interest and ran it through other banks and just ended up trying to get a higher amount from the credit union I had a approved amount with. I guess they were serious about that approval because they didn’t want to give this guy any more than what I said I could do I will end with saying,it’s incredibly embarrassing to work so hard and be made out to be less. I’m sure people with a lot of money have had great experiences, but as far as a blue collar worker is concerned it was a huge disappointment and a wasted day. More
