When shopping for a new vehicle we did a lot of research. For over 2 years we've considered a Hyundai Santa Fe. When we made the decision we were going to PURCHASE a Santa Fe we then had to decide new or used and weigh those options. It came down to fuel consumption of used vs. new vehicles and the financing which translated into the monthly payment. The NEW vehicle's low interest rate and warranty won. We had friends who recently purchased a Santa Fe from Jim Matthews and advised us to travel 2 1/2 hours south instead of buying locally. I had emailed a few times with Kevin Callnan and spoken with Jim Matthews. They were both very helpful. I was able to convey what I wanted in a vehicle and the price I was able to pay. We dealt with Jim the day we made our trip and thanks to his patience with me and hard work everything worked out well. That day thanks to Rowe Westbrook and the hard work of these 2, we drove home that new with a new suv. I love it! More
