Rowe Westbrook is attentive and adaptive to our needs and requests and go out of their way to accommodate us. They reach out to ensure we had a great experience and our purchases and service experiences are treating us well. They have smiles on their faces and seek to ensure our satisfaction. They’re happy and willing to seek the best deal or locate a cheaper vehicle in the area. They want what is best for us and our driving experience rather than to lock in commission. Will continue to both recommend and use Rowe Westbrook for all my needs. They have great deals and service and excellent dealers. More

Lou contacted me after I submitted info about my possible trade. He asked what I was looking for. I told him that we were in the market for a new Santa Cruz. There was one in stock that met our requirements trade. He asked what I was looking for. I told him that we were in the market for a new Santa Cruz. There was one in stock that met our requirements and I paid a deposit to hold it. I arrived at the dealership just as Lou was parking a Santa Cruz. It turned out that the truck we had put a deposit on, already was in a deal.The Santa Cruz that Lou had parked as I arrived, was a much better match for what I was looking for. Lou had already transferred the deposit to it. Long story short, A deal was struck and later in the day I rolled out of Rowe Hyundai with my new favorite toy. Lou was amazing. He anticipated that I might like the substitute Santa Cruz and had it ready for my test drive. His instincts were spot on, as it was simply beautiful and had all the right equipment and features. Awesome job!! More
