We were waiting around after deciding to buy the car for multiple hours to wait for paperwork to be completed and the car to be cleaned. More

The entire team, led by salesman Keith Jalbert with an assist from Greg West, did a great job working to earn my business. For me, the key to an enjoyable car buying experience is to do your research and go into a dealership well-prepared. It's a business transaction - it's not personal. In this case, Rowe had the used car I wanted. I knew what it was worth on the market, I knew what my trade was worth, and I lined up low-rate financing beforehand. We quickly settled on a price for the car and trade-in. While I had financing ready to go, the Rowe team found a lender to match my low rate, so I financed with them. There was no BS, no trying to sell me expensive add-ons that I didn't want or need. A couple hours after I arrived I drove off the lot with my new car. Hats off to Keith, Greg and the rest of the Rowe team. They were professional, courteous and responsive. I would definitely consider working with them in the future. More
