2nd Rowe Hyundai vehicle experience We had a great buying experience. We had our 2 year old toddler with us throughout the entire process and it still went smoothly. We took a test drive with the car seat, came back and told Jim the SUV is great but we just didn't feel the "wow". He immediately brought us to another SUV that gave us that wow we were looking for. He understood our needs and quickly addressed them. In the end, we narrowed down to two vehicles, 2016 vs 2017, when we couldn't decide, he patiently allowed us to privately discuss. When we finally decided on the 2017, they fairly negotiated the price with us for the new vehicle and gave us a reasonable value on our trade in. More
