I visited Rowe Ford as first time new car buyer. I was greeted with a friendly helpful attitude from the moment I walked in, till the moment I left the Bldg. I first met with the sales Manager Danielle, who talked to me about what I needed for a car and the type of financing I was interested in. I stressed my nervousness of buying a new car and she assured me things would go accordingly and there would be no need to worry. My salesman Brian was very helpful in all aspects of the sale: He showed me a few varieties of cars and encouraged me to test drive. I fell in love with the white Ford Focus and decided this was the car for me. Brian was very supportive while I agonized over the credit report to come back. He also encouraged me to visit Rowe Ford for all the perks that come with purchasing a new car. He also told me to contact him with any question or concerns about the purchase. Although, it made for a long day purchasing a new car, everyone did their best to keep me happy while the paper work, credit check, etc., was being done. Overall, would rate the experience a 10!!
