I love my new 2013 ford fusion. The people at Rowe are very nice and worked hard to get the price per month I was looking for with a good interest rate. I needed a larger vehicle because of recent changes in my life and rising repair cost of my vehicle so I wanted to trade in my car. Because of my financial situation I didn't think I could afford a quality used car. So I found a vehicle at a dealer on Craigslist out of State that I thought was in my price range and convinced myself that this was my only option and I traded my car for a SUV that would suit my needs. Very soon I found out I had truly made a bad purchase decision but I had no option to undo my mistake and I had the biggest case of buyer's remorse. Just prior to my terrible purchase I had gone online on to the Rowe Ford website as my co-workers had mentioned how great they were treated and the great deal they accuired. I filled out a credit application and Ken Sweet contacted me and discussed my options. He provided me some options but I could not bring myself to the idea anyone could help me in my financial situation without coming out with a huge car payment on a very used vehicle so I declined his assistance and went onto make my awful decision to go out of state. I was so depressed! So here I was driving home from my first day back at work with my out of state purchase that I was truly embrassed to show up at work driving and my phone rings. It is Ken! He called back, not knowing of my recent purchase, to follow up with another offer on a vehicle that he had that he felt would meet my needs. I explained to him of my poor judgement with my recent purchase. He offered me his assistance in making life all right again and asked me to come see him. From the moment I arrived at Rowe Ford Westbrook I was treated with exceptional service. Ken had the vehicle he wanted to show me parked right up front, After a test drive and a quick appraisal Ken worked with Chris Blanchard and they made me an exceptional offer that I could not pass up. I was able to purchase a great quality pre-owned 2006 Kia Sedona that is an exceptional vehicle with an extended warranty. I now have the security of driving many care free miles with a payment that I can easily afford. It was like Ken was my guardian angel when he reached out and called me because I swear I thought my life was stuck with my prior bad experience. He told me he would make things right for me and most importantly my wife who was not excited about my bad purchase. Ken did make it right, just as he promised and he made things more right than he will ever know and I thank him for being so proactive and reaching out to me when he did. My wife and I are so impressed with Ken, Chris and the sales exprience we received at Rowe Ford and I urge everyone to consider Rowe for your next vehicle purchase because like me it could be a life changing event. This was a great experience. When I arrived at Rowe Westbrook I was casually great by Cyndy Dambrie. I was very pleased that I was not over run by 4 or 5 sales people. Fundy worked very hard to help me get into the beautiful toyota. I also had the pleasure of working with Chris Blanchard. He also worked very hard to get me approved for the toyota. I was approved. Once approved the car was taking to the service department. They cleaned the car and put a new sticker on it. The price of the car I wanted had been dropped down in price by 2,000.00. The price was perfect! I will he recommending Rowe to all my friends. They are all very kind and made you feel welcome!! Thank you everyone at Rowe Westbrook!! More
I needed a newer car because the 2004 I had was starting to be too expensive to repair. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to afford a brand new one. I have purchased 8 new vehicles over the years and this was by far the simplest and most pleasant of all purchases. I filled out an online request and was contacted by Kevin. We made an appt for a test drive, it was a cold, snowy night. He had the vehicle warmed up and ready to go when I got there. He LISTENED to what I was looking for and the financial guidelines I had to work with. In turn, he told me what my options were within those guidelines, plain and simple. He even stayed late to go over everything with me and have my trade in valued. The next day, I talked to Chris, emailed him the requested documentation he was looking for and he took care getting me the financing information. I went back to test drive the vehicle in daylight, again the vehicle was ready to go when I got there. Kevin took the time to answer my questions and go over my options again. When I finally decided to purchase the vehicle, the one I looked at had been sold. Kevin got me the exact thing from another dealer and had it ready for the date I requested. When I went to pickit up, it was ready to go, Kevin went over and explained everything about the vehicle. Chris had the paperwork ready, went over everything with me and got me on my way. No pressure, no hassles. Kevin has called and emailed to follow up and see if I had any questions or concerns. These guys know how to listen and deliver exactly what they promise. More
