I purchased a vehicle back in 2020 and had a great experience since then I have shopped at 2 other dealerships and didn't have a good experience at either. I decided to go back to Rowe in Westbrook an experience since then I have shopped at 2 other dealerships and didn't have a good experience at either. I decided to go back to Rowe in Westbrook and was very happy and satisfied for the second time and they have now earned a lift time customer. They were extremely busy the day I went and ended up having their system go down for a little. They kept me informed and kept apologizing about the delay and even stayed 1 hr past closing to get my deal done. By far the best car buying experience and they went above and beyond not just for me but everyone that was there that day. I had lost all confidence in the car buying experience but after that day they have made me regain trust amd confidence that not every dealership is out the to screw you. So thank you to all the wonderful people at Rowe in Westbrook for making me extremely happy and getting me into a car that I wanted and going above and beyond.
