I was pleased with rapid response from Lou Couture and for getting the information I requested. I was not pleased with Rowe Ford in not being more informative about the “ complementary “ maintenance th for getting the information I requested. My Hyundai manual states that my 2020 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is suppose to get an oil change at 3750 miles, I brought the car in and was told that my car doesn’t have to have a oil change until 7000 miles. I was not told until later by Mr Couture that Rowes maintenance agreement says “ no oil change before 6800 miles or after 8000 miles, I would have to pay for that. Why wasn’t I told t.hat at the time I leased the car? Why does Hyundai say oil change 3750 miles and Rowe says 7000 miles? Very confusing. More
