2017 Hyundai Santa Fe I have no experience with Rowe Ford/Hyundai as I haven't bought a vehicle from Rowe before. I have bought the last 4 vehicles from Prime Toyota, but I have no experience with Rowe Ford/Hyundai as I haven't bought a vehicle from Rowe before. He was super busy with two other customers already but he was still able to show us a couple cars. Leif was a very happy, friendly, pleasant person to work with. We loved his energy, very nice guy. Once we decided on a car to test drive, he passed us over to his co-worker, Jason Burns because he didn't want us to feel like we weren't getting his full attention due to his other two customers. Jason was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were asking about. He was very honest and up front. We felt extremely satisfied with the deal that he was able to get us. He has contacted me several times to be sure that I didn't have any questions or concerns about our new vehicle. This alone is more than we ever received from Bill Dodge! Chance Ride gets us a new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport A late Saturday afternoon drive brought us to Rowe Hyundai Westbrook. We were just going to stop and take look, as we were driving by in our 2010 Sant A late Saturday afternoon drive brought us to Rowe Hyundai Westbrook. We were just going to stop and take look, as we were driving by in our 2010 Santa Fe GLS, which has just turned 91M miles. We no sooner parked our vehicle, Jason Burns acknowledged us and said he would be right with us as he was escorting customers to their vehicle. In a few minutes, Jason was with us, and showing us the new Santa Fe and as they no longer make the GLS, we looked at the sport, which seemed to be just what we were looking for. Took a test drive and purchased it. We kept apologizing as we were keeping everyone involved with our purchase later then their working day. They were all saying it was about us and not them and that is what they are their for. Well the business closes at 5:00 I believe it was close to 8:00 when we drove away in our new 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Jason Burns, we can't thank you enough for having everything run smooth and being extremely helpful and in letting us know it was all about us, as did the con man and the finance manager they were both also as nice.
