I contacted Rowe Westbrook Ford on 8/8/16 at about 10 am and they told me there was a 4:30 pm slot available in their heavy truck shop. I arrived at about 3:15 and spoke with Duane Harvey the service writer. He got us in immediately and took great care of us. We were ready to go by about 5:00.
