Today I had the "WORST" experience ever at Royal Buick GMC. This experience also lead me to ask if I could speak to a store manager that I also never spoke with. Today after my doctors appointment, I stopped to get some gas. After pumping gas, I started my Buick & noticed the check engine light on. I purchased my Buick brand new and I have 26k on the dash and not one time has any light popped on. I service the car based on the app and what shows up on screen in my car. My car is well taken care of. The technicians at Buick can tell u I make sure my car is well taken care of. With all of this being said....After pumping gas, I drove to Royal Buick off of Airline highway and the rudeness, attitudes, and hospitality I received were awful. No one made a move to check into the matter at hand until I asked to speak to Cassie, The manager. I'm a loyal customer. All of my services are done there, not to mention, the purchase of the brand new car took place there. I was treated so unfairly. I was told to leave the car there a couple days by one service clerk, and told "he" would take a look of it by a service tech himself. I explained why the car couldn't be dropped of because of what I have planned. I also fill as if it would be something minor because I just had a service appointment on July 5th. Literally 10 days ago. During this appointment, my air and cabin filter were replaced, oil changed, and tire rotation I'm guessing. The paperwork was not updated and that aggravated me. My paperwork has not been changed or updated until I went back to royal Buick today at 1pm and this was 10 days ago that my car was serviced. The manners are respect aren't the best and I'm just a normal customer that wants her car to be ready for the highway if need be. I'm an eight year educator trying to figure out what's going on with my car. I say all that to say this, I communicate well and the little communication I received today made me feel like I have to beg for help. When I asked could someone look at the car, they said all mechanics were busy. This amazes me because their were some lounged over on their desk, sitting down, and one in the same location but trying to help. I was told the car had to be left, and my time of arrive was 1pm. INSANE! I am very disappointed because I have never had this problem from the crew at this location. I take pride in myself. I work too hard to be disrespected and lied to. I was told a story about a rat eating wires under a Buick by a mechanic,(nothing to do with my car), but just to inquire about my bumper to bumper insurance instead of doing their job and looking it up. I was also told by a service rep that all of my technicians are busy for today. There was a service rep lounged on his desk practically the entire time, & the lady who walked out to hook up the machine to my car to access the code, wanted me to drive. it home. That lets me know, this isn't the dealership I need to be shopping at. So if I would've drove my car and something happened...such as the car running hot? That would be another issue that no one would be willing to fix or even care about. I asked to speak to a store manager today but I was told she was in a zoom meeting. It's unfair to me that no one was even willing to help me until I asked for the manager on. I hope you see this and please don't hesitate to reach out. I was unable to reach the dealership by phone because that wasn't working and the manager was meeting on a zoom call. WOW!! All of this just to hear that same mechanic who told me the story about the rats eating wires from under the car come out after waiting 2 hours that they found nothing, it was a glitch in the system! BOGUS and absolutely ridiculous. I was also told not to even pay attention of go by my Buick app. How can an employee in service say this and the BUICK APP is the first thing u have to do before purchasing a Buick. Horrible visit! My diagnostics were cleared before my car went into service! SAD! More

I dread going through the car buying process but I must say, the team was amazing, from start to finish. Mr. Tyrone, Ben and Dustin were all amazing and very patient. I was surprisingly calm but anxious/ne say, the team was amazing, from start to finish. Mr. Tyrone, Ben and Dustin were all amazing and very patient. I was surprisingly calm but anxious/nervous and Ben was kind enough to engage in casual conversation while I waited. The wait time wasn’t even long but it was worth the wait. Their team even reached out to me the day after to offer any assistance. Definitely will send referrals their way. Thanks again Mr. Tyrone, Ben and Mr. Dustin. More

From start to finish, both of them made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Destin Cole was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. He answered every question clearly, took the time to walk me through all the features, and never once made me feel pressured. His professionalism and friendliness made the experience enjoyable. Once we moved to the financing stage, Dustin Thomisee made everything incredibly easy. He explained all the options in a straightforward way, made sure I understood every detail, and handled the paperwork efficiently. Dustin is personable, honest, and truly excellent at what he does.
