Dropped off a Buick for factory recall. Told it would "for sure be done by the end of day." Got a call late in the day that it was not finished, but would be by next day. I reached out to Jason a few days ago to inquire about a specific car we were looking for but could not find it in WA state. Jason was very helpful and candid in my experience with him. He explained the process to me in a clear fashion and was able to earn my trust on the first call. We worked through the process with Jason over two days while we figured out which one of the options we wanted to go with that Royal Moore had in stock. Once we did, we worked with Daniel, the sales manager on duty. Daniel was once again candid, clear and very helpful. Once we agreed upon all the numbers and logistical concerns we were turned to their finance manager, Norgen. Norgen was once again very helpful and clear with me through out the process. Overall, I believe the staff at Royal Moore sets the standard for the car buying experience and raises the bar for the industry. If my wife was not 9 month pregnant right now, we would have loved to meet the team in person and drive our trades down. Unfortunately, we are not able to meet the team in person this time around but I am certain our next GM related purchase will be from the Royal Moore team and we will have the opportunity to meet them down the line. As someone who has spend 15 years in sales, it is rare I find folks that live up to the standard that I expect as a customer. The team here, has not only lived up to that standard but has gone above and beyond. We take delivery of our vehicle on Sunday and I am certain the last bit will be as simple and awesome as the experience has been thus far. Thanks Jason, Daniel and Norgen for the help, patience while we figured out what we wanted to do and for not being pushy or disrespectful. You have earned our families business for the years to come.
