Great experience I ended up buying a new Yukon Denali frum Keith Burton over 4 visits. First visit I just randomly stopped into the dealership (Royal Moore) to see wh I ended up buying a new Yukon Denali frum Keith Burton over 4 visits. First visit I just randomly stopped into the dealership (Royal Moore) to see what they had. They did not have a vehicle configured like I wanted. I described what I was looking for and left without giving my contact information. That visit was friendly and there was no pressure. A couple of weeks later I noticed on their website they had a Yukon that matched what I was looking for. Visit two, I stopped in to look at the Yukon. I had limited time so only a quick look and no test drive (they offered, I didn't have enough time). Again, very friendly and no pressure. Visit 3 I had arranged financing that had some unusual steps so I stopped in to ask the dealership if they had seen these requirements before. They had and had a few ootions on how to move forward. Visit 4, I went in, test drove the Yukon and bought it. Woo Hoo. More

False representation I was told the vehicle I desired was in stock and available for inspection. Upon arrival there was not the vehicle available that I was quoted. They did not even have a 2020 Denali, 3500 on the lot, and I was told a different vehicle, (not conforming to their specifications) was sold the night before.
