However, the equally important benefit was the exceptional team we discovered there, who made the purchase a great experience. Royal Moore GMC Buick is about 3.25 hours away from our base of operations, and 100% worth the drive. Unlike our local dealerships- no games, professional, genuine, and enthusiastic. No hint whatsoever of the slithery car sales subculture. Rai Cioe ran point on the deal, Christian Chavez handled the financing, and Gabriel Chavez & Alec Ebert did the leg work to get us on the road hassle free. In fact, I write this review only a day after the purchase, and I've already re-contacted them regarding the next round of vehicles. Highly, highly recommend this dealership! More

I was looking to buy my first new car and my wife and I had two Mazdas previously. Based on our satisfaction with those cars I wanted a Mazda, but we used Royal Moore this time around and I couldn't be hap had two Mazdas previously. Brandon Selnau and Fernando Morales were great! As I was looking through different models online Brandon communicated with me, even took a video of one car I had in mind before I even got to the dealership. Fernando was great showing me trims and test driving with me on Brandon's day off so I could zero in on the car I wanted. Next day I decided to buy and Brandon rushed in on his day off to go through everything with me. It was my first new car so they walked me through everything and kept me comfortable while I waited for paperwork and all of it. I never felt pressured to buy any extras or add-ons, what I felt was informed of my choices and that my deal was tailored to my budget, future plans, and my current needs. Everyone was over-the-top polite, patient with me and my questions, and every dept introduction was courteous and professional. My father tagged along just for his entertainment seeing his son buy his first new car and compared to many of his previous buying experienced he was really impressed with how it all went for me. Can't say enough about Brandon and Fernando and everyone I interacted with at the dealership. It is a process to get a new car, it took a few hours doing all the paperwork and waiting my turn to fill out the financing, but at no point was I overly annoyed or felt like my time was being undervalued. They got me in and out in my exact car that fit my needs in a reasonable amount of time. When it's time for my next car my first stop, probably my only stop, will be a Royal Moore family dealership starting with another great Mazda More

The vibe during both my visits was 'calm and competent'. Transaction. I was able to negotiate a good deal without pushback. I received fair value on my trade-in and got a great deal on the custom warranty + services package I wanted. All necessary paperwork was brought to us at the sales desk by the managers responsible, and was clearly explained by them. Everyone involved with our transaction seemed to understand that buying a new car is a lengthy and involved process. Sales. I worked with Brandon Selnau. From the beginning, Brandon gave me his full attention, and was friendly, amusing, and patient. He was able to answer my many questions in a way I could understand, without ever being condescending. And when he didn't have the answer, he was able to find out quickly. Brandon was particularly good during my test drive(s). Being unfamiliar with the car, having Brandon's timely advice and tips really enhanced my test drive experience. And once I decided to buy, Brandon made sure the transaction went smoothly - from initial offer right through completing the (lengthy, but necessary!) new vehicle features orientation. From start to finish, working with Brandon was a pleasant and pressure-free experience - and one of the reasons I chose Royal Moore Mazda. Post-purchase. My wife left her sunglasses in our trade-in vehicle; Brandon brought them out to us the very next day. Now that's service after the sale! More
