I found this vehicle I liked and called to see if it was still available on Friday night. The response was to refer me to someone about it. The next morning my wife and I had started our drive (300 miles) still available on Friday night. The response was to refer me to someone about it. The next morning my wife and I had started our drive (300 miles) to go look at it and called again when they first opened. we were told the car was gone. So, we turned back to home. But, it seemed odd so, after double checking on the website--still listed--we called again and talked to Jason; yes, we still have it!!! Then, we tried to fill out some paperwork using our phone during the drive. Once we arrived, we found that it hadn't worked and had to start the process from scratch. So, rather than 1 hour, we were there for 2. Those were the negatives. The car was in exactly the shape that the pictures displayed. Not a dint or ding on it. When I got it back home I took it to my mechanic who told me I'd gotten a very good car (we bought it with 85k miles on it and 10 years old). Overall, the main thing is the main thing. I got what the website promised and didn't waste an entire Saturday for nothing. I'm very pleased with the car and would do business with them again. More

We didn’t end up buying from Royal Moore but it was at no fault of the dealership or the employees. We recently moved and I commute so much more. We discussed trading in 2 cars (1 that sat more than we drove fault of the dealership or the employees. We recently moved and I commute so much more. We discussed trading in 2 cars (1 that sat more than we drove it and 1 that guzzled gas) and buying an SUV that was AWD and great on gas, plus could fit our dogs! We went to multiple dealerships over 2.5 days and even though we were up front with all of them that we were not buying today and maybe not at all, this dealership and our sales guy, Johnny, were pretty much the only place that didn’t push us, try and heckle us and try and make us do something we really didn’t want to do. They were very professional and handled my indecisiveness like champs! Johnny was our main point of contact and we had him scooting all over the place! He even came back on his day off, but I still ended up driving home in my gas guzzler. I just love it too much. Nothing against the options the dealerships had because they had a lot! I just couldn’t get rid of the suv that I love! They did end up buying our other car that we didn’t need any longer. That process was extremely quick and very easy! And even though they still had time to try and convince me to take their deal or to buy this or do this, they didn’t. If down the road we decide to sell the gas guzzler or any of our cars, we will hands down go back to Royal Moore and definitely ask for Johnny! More
