Revised my rating I gave RM a low rating after my purchase. two of the things I was not happy with was the cost of the "pulse" $400 to make the brake lights flash. These are both optional, but already on the car. (not quite sure how that works) Anyway,After RM read my review they responded by explaining that these were optional, and if I wanted I could call and have them removed. So I called, and they scheduled a time for me to bring my truck in to have these changes made. But another person from RM called me back and explained that because I didn't take care of this at the time of the sale that it would not be done and not to bring the the truck in. I tried to explain to him the details of what had been worked out, but was not making much head way. So out of frustration, I said I was bringing the truck in with the paperwork and hung up the phone. He called me right back and started in on my for hanging up on him. Among other things he called me a "punk" , and also said that if I came in there with an attitude then "someone would be in my face". WOW! Hows that for great customer service. Then I got another call from the same person, who at first pretended to be someone else, telling me not to bring the car in and also that for future service I was to take my truck to a different dealership. Sounds like RM has disowned me from the RM family. My contract does allow me out of the anti-theft and they did change their position on that and it will be resolved without bringing the truck in. But as for following through with the offer to remove and credit me back for the pulse, nope, that one they withdrew the offer. I figured they made the offer in hopes of me changing my review. Well, what happened to me did get me to change my review, but not my recommendation not to buy from them. I removed the names of the people from my first review that sold me the car, in fact Jessie was the only good part of my whole experience there. He had nothing to do with this. I don't have the name of the person that called me, and after the first call he never gave his name. More

Friendly, helpful, a little slow but otherwise good We rolled in right before closing time and Austin helped us out right away. We identified the vehicle we wanted and started negotiations. First dealer purchase This was my first experience with buying a new or used vehicle from a dealership. I was looking to replace my 96 Tacoma with a newer model. Austin wa This was my first experience with buying a new or used vehicle from a dealership. I was looking to replace my 96 Tacoma with a newer model. Austin was very helpful in showing me the options available with the Tacoma, during the test drive, and setting up the bluetooth connectivity with the phone. He was very receptive to what I was looking for in a truck so I would not be disappointed. I felt no pressure and everyone was very helpful throughout the experience and they allowed me the time to evaluate all the information regarding price and terms of the purchase. Pam was very helpful in reviewing the paperwork with me, as well as addressing any questions I had. Michael was patient and spent as much time as needed going over all the features of the vehicle and did not want us to leave until we were sure he had answered all questions. Financing went smoothly and very fast. Our only complaint would be the amount of time we had to wait for the new car to be detailed, apparently they were very busy on the day we purchased the vehicle. However, we would buy a car there again. More
