We recently moved to this area and decided to stop by to see what our local Toyota dealership had to offer. Mark Smith was our sales person; he was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. After a brief conversation, he showed us the perfect van! Then, the dreaded negotiations started. Much to our surprise, the experience was wonderful - not at all the intense process we had anticipated. We went back & forth a few times and, before we knew it, we were signing the paperwork - happy & smiling. My husband & I agree that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We highly recommend Mark, Pam, and the Royal Moore dealership, and look forward to working with them in the future. More

Austin was the first one to greet us upon exiting our vehicle and right away he was kind and courteous. He asked us what we were looking for, we told him and he took the reigns. He took us down to the certified lot and it was there that we found the perfect vehicle. Throughout the whole process starting with the first meet and greet, Austin had what it takes. Although he is new to the car selling world, he did a great job getting us answers even if he didn't have them. He was not pushy and didn't make our experience stressful. We had no intention of buying, but Austin and Bill made sure we had everything we wanted plus more. We thank you for all your hard work and perseverance. We absolutely love our 4Runner!! More

Only had my car for a few days and it's a great little car. What impressed me the most was the buying experience. We found Leah Dressler in sales to be excellent to work with, very good at answering questions, taking all the time we needed to figure out what we wanted and what would work best for us. Not at all pushy. We took several weeks to make a decision. Nate in sales / finance was also very helpful. We worked with him on agreeing a price. We felt he was fair and straightforward and likewise not pushy. We were not impressed at all with Pan Nowling in finance. Felt she was pushy in trying to making us buy extended warranty stuff we did not want. Definitely took one star off our overall rating for this. More
